Gem, you are forgetting him telling Sharif that all the problems are happening since he got his DIL and hence forth he will forget his DIL and become the Jallad of previous days. So he has forgotten his DIL that is Jodha completely. So it will not hurt him what hardship Jodha faces till such time he will realize his kids are in danger. Unless he realizes Atifa is a fake lover who has fulfilled her duty by diverting Jalal from Jodha's security to make ways to hurt Jodha, and till such time he see in his own eyes that KBR gives his life to save Jodha, he will not feel bad for doing adultery with a married (supposedly) woman. He is setting examples for his subjects to do adultery and go bunkers on someone else's wives.

Unlike your, my hubby always used to taunt me for watching history by saying watch some news which will benefit you to enlighten your general knowledge than watching the love story in the name of History.😆😆
