jalal did not take that decision for jodha or because of jodha..if it wa snot jodha but some other random person presenting the same points ..he would have taken the same decision...the issue was he relied on the evidence present and immediately took a decision inspite of his conscious telling him it is wrong...he has seen 100 times evidences and witnesses can be manipulated...MA did it ,ruqaiyya did it,his sister did it...everyone did it,,,,yet he believed it...like zakira he should have put TM in prison till concrete proof is accumulated and a case is made..it is a matter of life and death which you cannot make within a day...he has in past many times overturned the maulvis too and told he is the Emperor and the final word lies with him...he should have taken a week or fortnight before declaring the verdict...
