And by lessening Jo's role I meant focus should shift a bit to Jalal...

i know Jalal is a big name in history but frm the side of serial both r big simultaneously. To me only to embellish their characterization nicely can b able to bring charm in show again. Ya, we can say to focus on ja but not to lessen jo's role rather to make side line showing few tom dick n harry types roles.

Those ppl you are calling Tom, dick and harry are real figures of History and very important part of Jalal's life and will remain for ever nabii...Focus should now be on hard politics and yes Jo will be in the story as a companion to him ..and as his beloved...Of course she must have her own identity of a strong shrewed woman that could match Jalal...I said she should match Jalal not Jalal should match her...Real Jodha was very very different from this Jo...She must have been a woman of substance to hold interest of a man like Jalal for so many years...I salute her...
But I refuse to admire this Jodha which EK is presenting to me...I wont...

for sometimes if cvs stop to show their redundant screen presence then it wouldn't b any harmful for serial. Wl it b? Rather it won't b repeating n boring. U want both JJ according to history basis i m unanimous with this demand n i have been also telling since long time there is huge necessary to change in JJ's roles. But i m condradiction with ur demand to lessen Jo's role n to focus on only Ja. The way ja has changed to get jo's influence same way jo has changed to get ja's influence these both issues should b shown simultaneously in serial. Thats all.

Nabiii I agree with you. I can only speak for myself but I am NOT interested in watching a documentary. I do not want to watch the ONLY the great things or wars. I am NOT interested in watching ONLY Akbar's story. This is the truth. If they sidelined Jodha and turned this into only Akbar serial I will stop watching.

I want to watch the HUMAN SIDE of Akbar and Jodha.

My interest in watching JodhaAkbar primarily started when I watched the scene in DEK where Jalal was shouting jinda jala denge and Jodha was looking at with fierce hatred.

I don't know about others but even though I like watching sword fight scenes I don't go gaga over them. The kind of jashna and wars they show here are pathetic anyway. With budget and only about dozens. What is the fun in that.

What touches me is the human side of Akbar. The scene where Jodha fed him when he was so low. It occurred to me that even with all his huge empire he was a human being who needed someone to love him for HIMSELF not because he was a Shehenshah. To care if he had eaten and make sure he does.

To care if he is feeling low, if he is hurt.

I read he was so liberal and forward thinking that he gave so much freedom to Jodha, she was active in trade, shipping and he was so much into religions and politics but she was step by step with him.

I guess we watch for different reasons. My interest is in watching JodhaAkbar NOT Akbar the Great.

The ONLY thing wrong here seems to be the WRITERS and dialogue writers.

The actors are the same, the leads chemistry cannot go away.

Especially the scene where Jodha refused to spend the night with Jalal - it was ALL CVs and dialogue writers. Nothing to do with showing any romantic scene or intimacy. All Jodha had to say was yes and they could have ended the scene there.

The DEK scene if they had wanted to show Jalal look on at Jodha with love noticed by MH - they could have got Adga K to say his bits about Maan Singh war and AFTER that everybody leave since the darbar is barkhast and Jalal just sitting there on the throne looking at Jodha in a distance and MH teasing him that DEK is over! We could have been given the later scene without Jalal coming across as what he did!

The earlier Ruk character was far more interesting and gray than what they have done to her. To see her smirking and doing the same after the pardon by Jalal - clearly shows they have no intention of turning her gray again. In that case why the pardon - which is making every scene involving Ruk very hard to watch. People who watch on net just FF her scenes.

About the MahaC scene involving her daughter! Same scene could have been shown with her telling her daughter that Shehjadi's nikah are done for political reasons, for ensuring they can maintain their power and she could have teased her daughter saying trust your mother to know what is best for you.

That could have given the same meaning that she wants to use her daughter nikah for political advancement without turning MahaC totally devoid of feelings! Humayun it seems had number of kids with her! MH, AM's wife and this one! Surely they could have shown her cruel and power hungry without this kind of treatment! Does anybody see any royalty in her? She comes across Kabul's bandit queen!

Where is the downfall of MA? As always CVs showed ONLY her knowing all the secrets MA knowing about Shehnaz!

Why could they not show Jalal and Jodha stumble upon the truth of Shehnaz?

Why they cannot ever show Jalal and Jodha with brains?

Watching Ruk scenes and her arrogance and smirking is a torture for me.
If they have turned her black then show justice meted to her, or show her atleast having some repentance! This treatment is neither here nor there, so she ends up making me want to FF her scenes.

I watch for Paridhi and Rajat both and JodhaAkbar both. The point is they are not satisfying anybody BUT only the fans of support actors!

I am wondering WHO were the writers for the first 100 odd episodes. Did they walk out with the 90 odd left after fight with SV and we are stuck with these writers?

It is painful to watch the serial which can be No.1 and has such an amazing chemistry between leads - who are always voted as best pair on TV - treated this way that CVs sideline them BUT glorify the vamps and villains.

Without having any knowledge of technical bits if we can come up with better treatment to scenes - why can't the CVs who are paid to do this job?

I will continue to watch for Jodha first and then Jalal. Not the other way round, if they turn this into Akbar the Great, I have no interest in watching.

@BoldBlack - Obvly NOT .

But This is not a NEW thing ...I mean it has been there even before JA started on TV . can anyone tell a show name on indian TV which followed history wd 100% accuracy . 🤔The channel PH n all adcomanies r here in this ent field for their own profit ...for them its their business .their main aim is to sale their product ..n they will show it like the way they get response from the audience which reflects through the TRP chart in every week . obvly they dont care abt History at all . 🥱 n why will they ?? 😆

@BoldBlue - Pls di See the last 2 3 month TRP chart again... before IPL JA 's TVTs wr at 10k+ ...in between IPL its decreased to 9k...then 8k...n now its 7k ... Numbers r contineously falling from the IPL days ... it increased in ME week that too wd point 1 margin ...TRPs r still high bec of some loyal audience who r still hooked to the show ...

n Yes those intial Fantastic tracks could not gave them the HIGH TRPs .n its a fact ..

Anyways My complain, ur complain or any of our complain will never reach to CV's ear .. we all r here just venting out our frustration .. thats it 😆 Nothing is gonna change in the show . Blame the CV's Blame the actors or blame the channel 😆

exactly maddy, i never started to see this show only for getting akbar centric storyline. I got enthusiasm to see this serial b/c i had impressed to know the love story b/w akbar n jodha where 2 different religions,2 different personality's persons have become unite for falling in love with each other deeply n always wl stay together n wl b supportive for each other at any kind of hardship, happiness, crucial time in their life, whose wl have remained influencial practical, rational characters. I m not getting these all properly hence i m upset. Moreover i have no interest to see if this serial wl b become quite akbar centric.

Well said Maddy..!
For me its always Jodha Akbar -= Imperfect , but they are very much perfect..!
As per a historical facts , both of their contribution speaks a lot..I never watched this show for a seperate tag..I m just addicted to Jodha Akbar...! Either Akbar the great for some other reasons..But actual reason its always equation and dynamics from both sides its not only from one side...We could see other side of king and queen who had crossing so many difficulties in being a emperor when they both together overcoming all their diffculties..Its neither Jo or Ja influence its not in that way ,, just a mutual compatibility which is holding b/w them , in giving strength in fighting out all odds..If we want to know about the Akbar being great then Jodha contribution is printed in historical facts...Then they won't choose this story line Jodha Akbar..! So its sounds from two side..Now the problem they couldn't hold the promised sketches for leading characters...
Ela..! its cv's who were writing some foolish scripts..I don't want to mark out real Jo..As u said , real Jodha may be very unique from this reel one...Initial episodes I too admired Jodha's characterization..Now it entirely for the sake of TRP's race they butchered it completely..Right now its all way Ekta female bahu..!

The biggest problem here is not the actors but the Creatives who lack execution abilities! 🤢
More that Jodha Akbar centric, the show is becoming villain centric!

Cv's just don't know how to maintain a balance between the main leads and supporting cast!

Many times we see only villains and barely see the hero and heroine of the show. Cv's don't know how to draw the line. 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢
