Just one thing though, I think we are giving too much importance to Salim Chisti's words. Many seers make many predictions, most turn out to be false and the memories of those seers fades away. Sheikh Chisti's made a correct prediction but it was only after it turned out to be true that people realized that he was a great saint and began to revere him. Remember, Akbar made pilgrimages to many holy men in these years, one of them being Guru Amar Das. So it is not as if he sought blessing from only one saint.
