Just saw the episode again, where she said "ke hame gussa aata hai to hum kisi ki jan bhi le sakte hai lekin tumhe darne ke jarurat nahi hai. Hum tumhari jan nahi lenge, samjhi"
I give you two hints:
1. When MA was beating her badly when she was angry, she used the word "samjhi". I will look for the episode link and post it later on.

2. Today when she called hakim, she said "mariza" meaning patient. If that person is a guy, she should say "mariz" but she didnt say that.
I feel that the person is lady and she is somewhere related to Shehnaz.
