My take on Rukayya.
I do not think she is justified because Jalal is not taking anything away from her which she always told him she most values.
Did Rukayya not always tell Jalal it was ok with her if he slept with others as long as her audha and haram and BEK remained intact? Jalal is not taking any of that away from Rukayya.

I have previously made many posts where I used to like Rukayya. She was arrogant then also but she was sometimes fair. Rukayya who used to see through MA and who once told MA to do whatever you want but I want no part of it.

The truth is Rukayya enjoys humiliating and insulting people and so I do not feel any respect for her.

Isn't a true test of the person how he acts in adversity? When Rukayya had everything going according to her own way also she did not care or bother about giving any respect to anybody.

Jodha was also a princess when Rukayya made her bend down to pick a necklace and said she made her bend to her feet or gifted Jodha with a hand me down necklace which she made Hoshiyaar wear first. Rukayya has always been petty for all her talk of being a BEK.

Jalal even if he feel in love with Jodha would never have taken anything away from Rukayya which he knew she valued - her audha and BEK.

Jalal never liked her pettiness but Rukayya only cares about what she wants. How is Jalal at fault if he does not think that what Rukayya never wanted in the first place - he should worry about giving it to someone else!

Jalal craved for Rukayya to be jealous about his time with others, he asked her repeatedly and she always said no. So now when Jalal has found someone who loves him for himself not as a Shehenshah why should he ask for Rukayya's permission - for lack of better word. Jalal also has responsibility towards Jodha and she loves him for Jalal and he loves her so why can't they have a life which he always wanted.

Jalal is not taking anything away from Rukayya - which she always told him she valued. If Rukayya now wants what Jodha has because she thinks WHAT SHE WANTS IT IS HER RIGHT TO GET NEVER MIND WHAT JALAL FEELS then it is not Jalal's fault.

The only fault of Jalal's in this is he made Rukayya a part of his marriage with Jodha. He confided in her and made it 3 (sorry 4 with MA) and that is what they both used to mess up what is between him and Jodha. So if Jalal now learns this valuable lesson - which SB also told him - pointedly in front of Rukayya btw - then he will be making a big favor to everybody including himself!

I don't think harming someone innocent to get what you want in life is justified and if now Rukayya wants what Jalal is eager to give Jodha - which she did not want or care for before - then it is not for her to wrest away or plot or lie and cheat away from both Jalal and Jodha.
