Ela in real history in those days ...every women he married and every woman he won as spoils of war he had a relationship with them...you think any king had the time or patience what is shown in the show?? he spend most of his time in battle field and conquering Hindustan ,also one year after marriage and still dilly dallying with jODHA...real history aisa ho sakta hai ,he would have long back send her to Amer..
