When Jodha tries to kill Benazir on the boat, Jalal will ask Jodha to go back to Amer and take Benazir to doctor. And then Ben will become all right and somehow will not get any chance to kill Jalal. So at the time of wedding, she will write a letter confirming that she is a Vishkanya and only love Abu Mali and will marry him only. So she will try to run on the horse ( which is her 4th dress) and then Jalal will get all angry and catch Ben and be head her. Then he will realise that Jodha was all right and will go to Amer to manofy her.

I don't think Ben will write a letter to Jalal exposing herself. If she wants to run away she can without leaving the letter as she knows Jalal will send his soldiers to chase her. But its possible that she dies & Jalal witnesses that Jodha hit her. He may send her Amer & later on he may come to know Ben's truth & bring Jodha back with honor.
