Jodha now has to choose between her Maika & Sasural ? Sis & husband ? Surely everyone will be furious, as JO knows shivani love yet she didn't inform any one... Both her Maika & sasural wallas all will put fingers on her as shivani elopes...

i feel jodha will choose jalal,and jalal will support shivani and get her married to tejwant after a few hurdles ,but alternatively jodha can choose to get shivani married to tejwant also creating more problems between jalal and herself.
