Will that person who solved the message in one second from Benazir's letter die after the one night stand with Benazir? Obviously the cause will be of poisoning. Now I am thinking how will Jodha come into this puzzle of finding out what happened between him and Benazir? Will someone else inform her or will she overhear Benazir and Zakira? And then Javeeda's sale in Meena Bazar and the uproar from the ladies will also be brought forward and thus Jodha will add the two and two together deciphering Benazir is 'Vishkanya' and she will initially try to tell Jalal but he will just shrug it off thinking Jodha is jealous of Benazir. Hmm, will see how then Mirza gets involved in all this.

Why will Mirza Hakim make an appearance now? There has to be a reason behind it.
He is from Kabul and so is Benazir. He must have heard or know something about her. Now will he team up with Jodha to solve the puzzle of Benazir together to rescue Jalal from her? And knowing the saas-bahu saga trend all this will be kept away from Jalal as not to disturb his peace of mind or because he is supposedly 'enamored' by Benazir and then these innocent meetings of Mirza and Jodha will be given vile implications by Maham to Jalal and thus another scenario of misunderstandings and mud slinging and defaming and I am positive in all this Jalal will be shown as the most inhuman, unintelligent, heartless and ruthless emperor, brother and husband ever!
Sigh! Seen that, felt that, moved on.
I will be happy if I am proved wrong in this.

And I am sure if any implications were thrown at Jodha's character all hell will break loose. She will pack her bags or Jalal has to repent and ask for forgiveness till eternity to show his regret. Again seen this scenario 'n' number of times.

The whole misunderstanding that started from that letter is forgotten by both Jalal and Jodha and now the insult has been transferred to 'palna' gifting in Meena bazar. CV's why can't you give a proper closure to a track and then open another one? Letter issue is not dealt with and now we have 'palna' and I am sure it will followed by innuendos about Mirza Hakim's 'illegitimate' intentions on Jodha. Ek ke bad ek aur aage ka kissa khatam bhi nahi hota hai!

You have made many characters a yo-yo before in the show and now its Jalal's turn I guess. This guy is smitten by Jodha, wants to spend time with her, looks for excuses to be with her, wants her wholeheartedly and yet when ever he is with her you all will thrown in some demeaning dialogues as monologue as to completely kill the effect of growing desire and love. Why CV's why? Does the male protagonist can't feel simple love or passion or desire without revenge or the feelings to put the 'bechari' female lead down? Why do you do this all the time? Why can't his excuse for being with Jodha just be because he wants to spend time with her? Why can't he not keep staring at Jodha with passion and desire so as to make her feel uncomfortable or look away or simply ask about his intentions and we can have some double meaning response from Jalal? Why CV's can't you make a scene like that?

I am sure there will be a hunting episode now and what will Jodha do? Nirdosh pashu ko bachayegi kaise? Kaun se 'pashu' ko dand degi woh? Why do I feel on Jalal's asking her to accompany him in the hunting trip Jodha will refuse but on Mirza's request she will accept the invitation and thus another can of worms will open. Sigh! Will be interesting to watch where will Ruqaiya be in all this? Will she also accompany them? Will this be after Benazir exposure or before?

I don't know how much history will you all follow but according to historical facts Mirza Hakim was not very wanted or loved, infact there was rivalry about the throne but here in the show it seems he is very friendly. Will see how you all will unfold this aspect.

And another request to you CV's, Jodha or Harka bai was a great personality, wonderful intelligent queen, great knowledge of commerce and trade, had a strong will so please show her like that but at the same time make her human as well. Every time Hamida Bano and her 2 followers, Salima begum, Tansen and now Mirza Hakim I am sure, sing praises of Jodha in such a way as to make her a 'devi' and not human. It sometimes feel a little too much, tone it down a little! Even her shortcomings are glorified in to talents. Make her human so as to we can relate to her. Yes she has tremendous good judgement according to you all, sings wonderfully, infact better than Tansen himself, is better in making medicines even than the doctors of the court, is expert in sword fights, archery, dancing, is a seeker of knowledge and a great reader, knows her religion and literature and history well, today we came to know she is good in Math also...the list goes on and on! She seems super human CV's! Well just my 2 cents but I felt as if she is some one unreachable in her pursuit of talents. Forget about Jalal even Lord Narayana seems undeserving of Jodha here.

But I have to thank you all for small mercies, you have not made Jalal a 'romeo' after Benazir, he had his level head on his shoulders in all her advances so far, so thank you for that. It would have been the last straw for me if Jalal was smitten after a mere courtesan and ran after her like a lovesick puppy losing all his power to think.

CV's as I always say please think out of the box while showcasing a historical show, don't make it a mundane saas-bahu saga humiliating the male lead and glorifying the female lead. It doesn't work on a historical show, give the respect due to the characters, drama is ok but going away from historical facts is not ok.
And please maintain the character consistency of the leads at least. Sometimes I feel I don't know this Jalal at all. Anyway a long list I know but had to pen it down with a ray of hope that you might read this and make amends with the characters and the story line and upcoming tracks.
Thank you!

CV's, Oh I completely forgot to mention I loved that look of Jalal on 'Kanha', he was looking at the 'maurpankh' and 'bansuri' that he gifted Jodha on her birthday, inspite of all that happened between them and what he thinks Jodha feels about him he was nevertheless pleased to see his gift on 'Kanha' showing Jodha loved and respected his depth and his thought process behind those gifts. That thought I loved but obviously you all had to spoil it by Jodha misinterpreting his looks and his monologue later. But I loved the little nok-jhok yesterday and today. These scenes shows the growth of comfort level in between them.
I liked the light hearted Jalal with his mimicking sing-song voice today to Jodha surfacing his sense of humor after a long long time. And I liked it because he portrays this side only to Jodha and to no one else, not even to Ruq.

I liked Salima begum's small hints to Jodha about her jealousy which is only because of her hidden love for Jalal. At least that made the thinking process in Jodha commence about her feelings towards Jalal. Chalo shuruwad toh huyi kahin pe!

Small scenes that makes the show watchable, thank you CV's.

I don't know I am really confused it was hard to decipher what Jalal was thinking at that moment. He didn't have a thoughtful expression on his face, more of a shrewd expression. I am even more confused on him harping about the Palna it would have made more sense for his monologue pertaining to 'THE NIGHT'. How utterly disappointing for them not to have closure for that sad night, how can their relationship be of any real understanding if they can't talk about such things. Even if Jalal doesn't want to talk about it, because from his side he is the damaged party, I thought atleast Jodha would have a sympathetic regret and acknowledge with it Jalal. It seems like they both are trying to run away from asking awkward questions. We are looking for too much depth in this epic love. I can't enjoy all this nok jhok when there is so much unsaid between them.

Less the expectations, better it is for all of us I guess!

Half of the tracks doesn't get a proper closure and they start a new track altogether. Such is their trend.

The other day Jodha blamed Benazir as cause of the rift between Jalal and herself not even thinking or mentioning about the ill famed night. I don't know how can she forget about it altogether when Jalal opened himself to her and she rejected him, even before Benazir was introduced.
And now Jalal is harping on the 'palna' significance instead of that letter issue and I don't think this letter issue will be solved any time soon. Jalal tore that letter in Maham's room and Maham being the smart evil alek will not keep the letter as its an evidence against her. So she must have burnt it or trashed it and there goes our hope of a closure of this track. And Rahim I read will act as cupid solving this issue but he never goes to hide in maham's room and how will he get the trashed letter? I don't know.

And Jalal less said the better now, he is acting weird with his feelings nowadays, one time high and one time low. And I won't be surprised if Jalal is again misguided with Mirza and Jodha relationship by Maham next week to add to the piles of misunderstandings. So I just make the most of what is shown in the light hearted scenes or else the show will be unbearable to watch.

But I get exactly what you mean! I don't know what the CV's are upto, they love to glorify Jodha at Jalal's cost!

Ditto.
I for one would've absolutely loved this nok-jhok any other time.
But with misunderstandings mounting after one another, how could they be in a mood for such light hearted conversations ..
How are we to interpret this- Jalaal is not as bothered anymore? or has decided to put the letter episode in the back burner for now?
Plus his self-talk refers to the Palna and not the letter.. But the letter incident is what caused a bigger blow to him.
Why is it Jodha hasn't asked him to produce the letter so they can read it once again to clarify?

Bang on! 👏

But don't you think you are asking too many valid noteworthy questions to the CV's to answer! 😆Pooch pooch ke thak gaye hum par koi jawab nahi aata! I will not be surprised if the letter issue is altogether banished by the CV's and they will move on as if nothing has happened.

And character consistency, woh kaun si chiriya ka naam hai!? I don't even recognize this Jalal now. 😕

Since the closure bit is being discussed here (and since I'm not as much as disturbed about it), how about I spread the positivity - How about if it was the CVs intentions that maybe IT is NOT meant to be resolved asap...

I don't know🤔.. I mean all arguments at my place or even other places I've seen are not really met with proper closure ALL the time..sometimes life just goes on..sometimes wounds heal..sometimes you just move on..sometimes we wake up next morning and we realize things were blown out of proportion for no reason previous evening IYKWIM😊

Jodha had gone to speak to him about it, but he (for obvious reasons) didn't want to elaborate on it...
it seems quite ok to me that as the episodes have passed - both have kind of semi-buried the hatchet on that one since this new 'Benazir' has taken over their lives!!!

Only explanation I could find for the comments above^^^
Hope it helped to give you beautiful ladies closure on the tracks
🤗😆

So true! Enough with this... please lets show Jalal in some action... get those rusty cog-wheels in his zehen back to working order, please!😆

And I am sure if any implications were thrown at Jodha's character all hell will break loose. She will pack her bags or Jalal has to repent and ask for forgiveness till eternity to show his regret. Again seen this scenario 'n' number of times.

Ek ke bad ek aur aage ka kissa khatam bhi nahi hota hai!

I don't know about Mirza's illegitimate intentions... he seems a bit younger and has already pair-chooed and called her bhabhijaan...even for Ekta's CVs it seems a bit far fetched!🤔

Well, cos that would be standard fare Lana...that's what happens in reality too..why will people watch something when they can just look around them and find the same sort of love stories blooming... without drama and entertainment, nothing sells on TV.. and this is a given...so with this point of yours, I'd have to kindly refute😳

I am sure there will be a hunting episode now and what will Jodha do? Nirdosh pashu ko bachayegi kaise? Kaun se 'pashu' ko dand degi woh? About the hunting bit, I'm not sure...after the Mohan fiasco, I doubt she'll come up with any such thing loool😆

I don't know how much history will you all follow but according to historical facts Mirza Hakim was not very wanted or loved, infact there was rivalry about the throne but here in the show it seems he is very friendly. Will see how you all will unfold this aspect.
I'm sure the reason he is there is for drama again.. Jalal trusts him, but he turns to be a backstabber... I wouldn't be surprised if it was Jodha Begum who again found out about his reality..again, Jalal distrusts her.. again, accuses her...only in the end to find out the truth about his own brother

And another request to you CV's, Jodha or Harka bai was a great personality, wonderful intelligent queen, great knowledge of commerce and trade, had a strong will so please show her like that but at the same time make her human as well. ROFLLL @ the Lord Narayana comment...😆

It would have been the last straw for me if Jalal was smitten after a mere courtesan and ran after her like a lovesick puppy losing all his power to think.
Thank God for grey-shaded Jalal, eh? Gotta give it to the hand-washing scene..that was the most classic scene this week!😛

CV's as I always say please think out of the box while showcasing a historical show, don't make it a mundane saas-bahu saga humiliating the male lead and glorifying the female lead. True! Rant kar karke thak gayee.. so forgive me, if I'm not adding any more to this bit of your complaint...

God, the two leads act so well.. and that's what's still keeping me hooked... be it Jalal's staring at mor pankh or Jodha's growing Jalan! I know loveanime is not convinced with his mischievous stare at the mor pankh...for me it read as 'I was good to you when you were good to me... now that you've humiliated me, I'll return the favour...but, good to see you're still holding on to the memories of the 'good' bits too!'
Nevertheless, anything with these two in it is a treat to watch...👏

I liked Salima begum's small hints to Jodha about her jealousy which is only because of her hidden love for Jalal. At least that made the thinking process in Jodha commence about her feelings towards Jalal. Chalo shuruwad toh huyi kahin pe!
Yup... Actually, I liked all of Jo-Ja scenes this week that had THEM TWO ALONE in the frame.. they were all a treat to watch!😃

Small scenes that makes the show watchable, thank you CV's.
Thanks for your brilliant write up Lana!😃

Lashy I understand what you are saying about not getting closure of everything in real life but this was something way too important to bury under the rug. All the misunderstanding started from that night and I know Jodha went to talk but Jalal didn't want to but now that his anger has subsided a little on that account that subject could have been broached. But I don't see that happening and so I am not expecting anything on that regard. And the letter is all torn so the evidence is all gone.
But this was really important to be shrugged aside. And this should have been given closure for the development of Jalal and Jodha's growth in relationship. But I ope it will be sorted out later more later when Maham will be exposed, keeping my fingers crossed. 😃
You know in this show when they showed something earlier they did carry it forward laer to delve more about it.

Jalal's kali temple visit led to that religious fiasco, that stormy night led to the misunderstanding and fake pregnancy track, 'tulabharam' scene led to the balance of their relationship significance later...hope this letter track too will have significance later in the show.

I understand Lana, but look at it this way - had they talked about it and given proper closure to it, like the other incidents in their lives...then they'd go back to becoming the sibling-styled-platonic couple that they both seem to be comfortable with 😒
Now at least, there's more mischief in their lives...

Also, when they've not given each other any reaction to something as monumental as the mohan fiasco (which was still life and death) - in fact they went on to behave like it hadn't even happened... this is more digestible...after all, its because of his humiliation that night, that his behaviour is spilling out into something in this fashion! If not, why would a Shehenshah be flirting with Ben (which EVERYONE can see) just to rile JO...wouldn't suit him at all.. at least, now we can sort of understand why he's doing it... and he's getting kicks from her reactions...
its another thing all together that Jo started off as being riled up with the open humiliation, but has moved on to start feeling more jealous about Ben - something that's markedly different to the crux of her character...the fact that she's changing..the fact that no longer her Rajvanshi pride is as important as is the fact that HER TEDA shehenshah is giving more importance to another woman - who she deems not worthy of it! Love is taking over ego! This is quite subtly and well done, me thinks!

One more thing, Jalal could/would have gone on with this public humiliation of Jo (to avenge his night) but, he stopped it after getting a earful from HB about bringing the husband-wife matter in public...that and the fact that she's there to support Jo in Meena Bazaar too!😃
I'm glad its stopped and metamorphosed into something that seems like part mischief part anger... makes their relationship at this stage adorable
now only if we went back to the deliberate hand holds like during arthi and sword scenes
