Jodha complains to Jalal about Adham Khan misbehaving with Tasneem. Jalal calls for the Diwaane Khaas. There he leaves the desicion on Maham's hand. Adham Khan tells them that he is in love with Tasneem and it's not a crime to love. He wants to marry tasneem and he will give her anything for that. Jalal asks for a day. Jodha tells Jalal that she trusts him and does not hate him anymore. Jalal is surprised. He feels something different in his heart. He feels happy.the next day he goes to the village in a diguise and finds that Tasneem doesn't want to get married but her parents her forcing her. He sees that young girls are getting married to old men. He feels sad. He then goes back to the palace. He declares that he made a new law that young girls are not allowed to get married. Adham Khan protests and says that even Jalal got married to Ruqqaiya in a tender age. He tells Jalal to divorce Ruqqaiya. Ruqqaiya fumes. Mahamanga is really happy. Jalal is confused. Jodha and Jalal have a conversation about this. Maham instigates Ruqqaiya against Jodha.

Jalal goes to her
and sees her room being messed up. He ask what
is this, ruks says why you cant see
my heart burning, you thought about jodha's
complaint, adham's point, people welfare but
what about our relation. she is accuses Jalal that
he gave utmost
importance to jodha's problems .. He listened to
every word of Adham even when he
insulted Ruks in full court But only when it was
the matter of Ruks his childhood
friend ...his wife .. His partner in happiness ... In
his good and bad times ...how
could he allow this to happen to her ?.she is
inconsolable. I always gave suggestion
in political matters and now my relation is at
stake. Jalal says it doesnt suit you, control
yourself. You are queen.

Okay may be most of you dont agree with me, but i found this whole thing of considering the 'past child marriage' to be illegal very irritating and infuriating.

as jodha said, rules should be applied for future! and for the new rules swaying someone's life in misery is absurd. i had told this in forums too, i mean seriously can anyone change whats happend? rules are made to prevent and protect the future from any harm/threat or to lead a peaceful life isnt it?

if all rules are made universal by change future, present and past then there wouldnt be any life let alone peace and happiness! everything would then seem just 'absurd!' a real absurd world it would be.

so Adam khan's defense saying that past marriage should be considered illegal will stand up to the most irritating scene of the week.

This time its undoubtedly ruqaiyaa!

her own best friend-aka-shehensha-aka-her-beloved husband decides to divorce her so that he wouldnt betray his own words against the rules he made!

her misery, heart break is completely justified. and may be for the first my eyes felt moist when she literally shook her husband asking him not to divorce. Man! that was indeed heart touching. i couldnt describe it any more than it already is. Lavina's acting has a reached a postion where one can just give a stand up ovation! atleast in my opinion.

well i am including Jalal's feelings here too, how can we forget that deadpan look on his face when asked to decide between following his own rules or breaking the rules and letting those lakhs of girls die for the rest of their lives in the cage called 'child marriage'.

so that vulnerable yet determined look on his face when he hugs ruquiyya murmuring to her that she should accept his decision whatever it may be, and atlast he asks her forgiveness for what he was about to do!

and thats what this weeks most heart touching moment!
