Nothing much, he was just apologizing to Jalal saying that he left from Amer with his b'day gifts long back but cud not reach on time for his b'day due to bad weather and Jalal said dont worry, i understand as no one can control weather and i accept all the gifts and then asks to send thank u message to Amer!!

This whole scene was before Resham's entry with Maham's letter!!
