I don't think Salima gave the poison but someone planted the box in her room. They showed a scene where Jalal says he has saffron from Kabul and is about to offer her some from the same box it looks like she is going to take it.

I somehow get the feeling she is innocent too although the motive of which Ruquaiya mention Salima has is a pretty good one.

I think it could be another one of those women in the harem and they possibly frame Salima. And indeed @preetie, I heard the sad background song too and that's why I think it seems as if she will be innocent

Lol I love your reason for it and yes it does make sense because that music plays on people who are nice or innocent, and I'm also very sure she's innocent as she's a very nice and respectful women.
