By just one statement, that too one which was made in the 15the century Mughal India, Jalalludin Akbar shows us why he is till today called Akbar the GREAT and why his age of Rule is one of the most golden periods in history.

"Hume waaris nahin, Abba Jaan banna chahte hain. Agar shehzaadi bhi hogi, Hum usse khoob naaz aur Nakhro se paalenge!"

Maashallah, Jalal! Dil jeet hi nahin, Dil pe Fateh kar li,Aapne! 😳

Ruqaiyya is being portrayed much more black than grey ever since Lavina Tandon has stepped in. Smilie was grey!

I am liking the different ways you've been using lyrics to convey the different scenes, each day 😊.

The best part about today's episode was the aarti scene. Here we all, including I, thought that it would be a very romantic & albeit small jhalak Of the J & J Epic Romance but instead it turned out to be funny & cute rather than romantic 😆. Jalal was adorable in his petulant little boy mode when he was seeing Jodha do tulsi Pooja, and the way his face changed, bit by bit, when she was walking down the daasi line & then towards him.. Rajat truly is the undisputed king of expressions! The minute she was in front of him his boyish sulkiness vanished & adorable confusion took its place. This scene was so obviously a take-off to the one In the movie but this time, I prefer the serial version of it. Paridhi has as nuanced & expressive a face, as Rajat's! The way she was illustrating to Jalal how to take the aarti, and his happy delight at her doing so & the mischievous affection (love?) in his eyes for her- This is AkDha!

Ruq reminds me of a Fool who spoke too soon. This jubilation today will mock her horrendously, tomorrow. That tomorrow, that History narrates.

Prima-facie, Jalal seems to be the ideal husband to Ruqaiyya, but it is Akbar's heart that truly resounds with Jodha's! And Epic Love Sagas are made of hearts, O foolish & power hungry Mallika-E-Khaas! Hearts are made up of blood & emotions but they possess such power that they wipe out heavy heads & steel like wills. 😊

Note: Whenever Jodha is in front of Jalal or he is thinking of her, either Jalal is burning his hand or he is grabbing Jodha's hand. The Chinese had a foot fetish, but our lover Jalal has a Haathon-Ki-Mallika-Jodha fetish 😆

Thank you and i totally agree with you. The Aarti scene had all shades - sulk, confusion, adoration , chemistry and tease. The baby steps of JJ's relationship. It was very well executed and the actors were bang on with their expressions.

Jalaal is Ruqqu's BFF. Jalaal - the man only comes out for Jodha. If so wasn't the case, he wouldn't have crashed heaven and earth to maker his wife. Ek junoon hai Jalaal mein Jodha ke liye. 😃

Ruqqu is bathed in pride and she is going to regret it someday.

Lovely post as Always.I am running out if ways to compliment your brilliant writing😆.

For Ruk power, status, authority and position is all that matter to her.She thanked God for giving her a child but did she really thank God for a baby??She thanked God for giving her a new weapon and the new jackpot of treasures into the Mughal Dynasty. Its not about having god's blessings and gift bestowed upon her.Its about the power that comes with the child. Its so sad becaz yesterday i did feel bad for her.Relations with power is all that matters to this woman. Its sad that her new treasure would be taken back by God.That scene between her and Jalal was not endearing.I only felt for Jalal because he didnt yearn for a heir he just wanted a child be it girl/boy.It was not a sensual and herat warming scene that left me awe it was more of disgust at Ruk.Disgusted by her as this child is a new tool for her.Look at her arrogance and she was not glowing at all.Her eyes lusted for power and her laugh was so evil.

As for Jalal and Jodha.I dnt think he can stay mad at her for long. Its not in his power to pout at her for too long.Jalal was so cute in that aarti scene

LOL at how he pretended he didn't know what to do and hence burnt his hand. Its very interesting to see that while his eyes never left Jodha, she stopped him from hurting himself.Jalal was reading Jodha's reactions to him burning his hand and she showed concern for him which pleased him very much. That stare alone could kill many and a big step for Jodha as she wasnt angry/disgusted she just blushed like a new bride.

It's a first for Jodha who was vying for his head cant even stand to see him burning his hand.I think he did it on purpose to see what she will do.

The fire symbolized their relationship.Tha saat pheres that they took and what bonded them forever was witnessed by this same fire.Jalal could nt let the fire get ousted.Even if he had to injure himself in the process she would do everything he can to savour and cherish his relationship with Jodha.

He didn't want Jodha to hurt herself in the process too so he endure the pain so she will face no harm. Two hands connected by a thread leading to two hearts can throw all the emotions at each other but at the end its those same two hands that will bind and stand with each other thru the thick and thin.

I loved how cute she was complaining to her Kanha and also Moti Bai.I think that Baba's prediction has really struck a chord in her mind.Deep down inside she is probably wondering how can i fake this pregnancy and hurt so many people? Then if it all goes wrong will Jalal break his promise and touch her?Jodha is not willing to give Jalal those intimate rights as yet and its understandable but she has to wonder will that Baba's prediction come true.

In the precap she is so happy. If i were in her place then i would have been jealous😆.Jodha knows Ruk getting pregnant solves her problems and put her out of her dilemma.Little does she know that that happiness wont last for long and all hands would be pointing at her for the Waaris.

Ruqqu won't leave any stone unturned to blame Jodha. But if Jalaal knows Jodha for real, he will stand by her. And if that happens at all, Jodha's train to Jalaal is surely gonna get an acceleration. 😆😉

Thank you.😳...Right. Jalaal had no qualms in taking God's blessings in a Hindu manner and he doesn't mind a girl child. 15th century. No matter how grey Akbar was, he rules history till date.😃

Yes. Lavina's negative face and her laugh must be making Ruqqaiya turn in her grave.
