Chapter 3

The upbeat of the rap music pierced through Jalal's ear drums as he sat on the bar stool gulping down his tequila shot. The only thing on his mind was Jodha. Not that he was thinking about her because he liked her, he hated her. No one insulted Jalal like this. He needed revenge. He was thirsty for revenge. An idea hit his head and brought an evil grin on his face. " aab Dekho Jodha kya hota hai.."

Everyone in Jodha's family was making preparations for Jodha's wedding which was in a day. Jodha was the only one sad in her house. She wanted to run away but she couldn't. Her mother brought I her wedding dress. It was a red lehenga with golden embroidery. Her mother knew something was wrong. Ram on the other hand was finally happy that he was getting rid of Jodha.

Soon the wedding day came. Jodha wore the most expensive jewellery. She looked more like an angel from above. Her mother was so proud of her.

The panditji called Jodha. Tears weld up. She didnt want to get Married with a man whom she doesn't even know. She was on the verge of crying. Her mother and her friends took her to the mandap. There her Dulha sat with the sehra in front of his face. The wedding procedures started. The varmala exchange took place.the panditji told the bride and groom to hold each others hand. Jodha slowly moved her hand towards the groom. A current pass down both their spines as their hand touched.

Soon the saath pheras took place. The groom put the sindoor on Jodha's partings and then mangalsutra. Panditji announced. "Aaj se aap dono Pati patni huye. Jayye aur aashirvaad lijiye."
"Hum kissi ke saamne Jhuk the Nahi panditji.." Jodha frowned as her husband spoke. He removed the sehra while saying. "Congratulations MRs. Jodha Jalludin Mohammad." N there Jalal was standing with an evil smirk. Jodha froze.
