Save the picture you want on your computer, then you have to upload it to a image hosting site like http://imageshack.us/. Once it is uploaded there will be many links given but you have to copy the direct link for the siggy which is right at the bottom of the page.
Go to your settings page then click edit profile & scroll down you will see a signature box you have to paste the link of the siggy there
Like this: [ IMG ] URL [ / IMG ] i've kept spaces but make sure there are no spaces.
