Nihira couldnt make it to the champions yet again

That is quite usual in all Indian reality shows where viewers votes are concerned, they always vote for the boys and leave out the girls! After all its the country of misogynists and they have to live up to their reputation!

Especially in music show contests this happens, all the girls, even the most talented ones like Nihira and Vaishali who have completely professional voices, they are all lagging behind and never get the votes while even the mediocre guys like Rehman and Shivam surge ahead with the help of judges and viewers biased votes!

Very true...I have been saying this all along.. thank you for articulating what I have felt all along..

Vaishali has completely professional voice and she is told that she was singing in lazy fashion, which I totally disagree..her song "Dar na ho jai was rendered perfectly" it seemed that Lata Mangeshker is singing.

Nihira has a very sweet voice and she is languishing in the contestant side while all the medicore boys are surging ahead with the help of biased judges and viewers.

I am losing interest in the show..

Vaishali's voice does sound a lot like Lata's! I was struck by this fact when I first heard her on Saregamapa contest where she won the first prize.

And yet she gets such low scores on this stupid show! I have also lost interest in this show and only listen to the songs from a distance, usually from the kitchen while my hubby watches 😆 I cant stand looking at the judges anymore, even my liking for Shaan has disappeared amidst anger and disbelief at the scores he gives out.

I am guessing Nihira lost the motivation to sing after the way she was treated in the show. I think she deserved to be in the champion's side a long time ago. I am very very disappointed to hear this news!

Actually I'm glad she is eliminated. Artists like Nihira are way above shows like this. These shows cause more harm than good. She was wasting her time here. Now I hope she can concentrate on her career in peace.
