dekhiy spoon wash kertay waqt us ko apny rite hand mein hold keray... aur upward direction mein soap k foam ki madat se apply ker.. dayhan rahy soap mein zayda dip na kiya hoo warna ... mahinay bhar k baar do din meinkatam hojay gai...
is k baad spoon ulta keray aur is aamal ko 2-3 daafa repeat ker...
spoon ko running water mein daaly aur saaf keraly...

kisi kism ki bhi problem ki surat mein humary fb page per contact keray
