If I read Ani correctly, lame as it may sound, sometimes your innate goodness stops you from taking some bitter but necessary action and you look for a way to either escape or postpone the event! my prediction is

- Arshi Shrishti will take Ani to ad shoot to prove a point that she won. Arshi will want to rub it in Jhanak's face and now she thinks she has finally won because of agreement

- No idea why Choton is there ( Maybe driving them as he is using Ani's car these days)

- Usual Ani Jhanak looking at each other and all.

- Then once he is back, Ani's condition worsens and is taken to hospital

- Choton informs Jhanak separately and Runak will meet. Probably confess. Ani will probably not be conscious or think there is no hope left.

-No outcome of hospital scenes but I am expecting Jhanak to show up at bose house the day they are supposed to go abroad and then the drama begins in time for bigg boss

How Ani will get better without hearing I love you from Janak ? He has to hear that when he is in conscious right?

Same way Jhanak got better from I love you and flower. I am leaning towards Ani getting better and confession happening but no resolve. So he will still be going abroad but then jhanak enters bose house and stops him.

Ideally want confession to happen infront of everyone in bose house.

Why will Jhanak randomly show up at Bose house out of the blue again? If this will be a repeat of her forcing her way into Bose house same way she did during the pregnancy track by bashing Ani, that's going to be quite a turn off. I really disliked her aggressive attitude in the pregnancy track.

The way you are describing it, seems like she will just come to Bose house to keep throwing around attitude and doing catfights with Didi about apne pati ko sambhaal ke rakho blah blah.....while Ani just stands in a corner watching this tamasha? Boriiiiiing.
