The Face-offs(A review from someone who is highly dissapointed)

Well,am i the only one who feels JDJ is absolute shit this year!!maybe because of the absence of the old amazing choreos i found none of the acts till now to be really WOW(except suvreen though)!!nd todays face-offs were no different to be honest 😕

Siddhant/Karishma:I agree,Sid was better than karishma!!he today was so full of energy!!so sad that he will be eliminated in the nxt epi!!he could have emerged as a really stong dancer!!but then i feel katishma was underscored!!a 25/26 would have been fine in my opinion.

Arjun/Shakti:Two hot men on the floor 😉Shakti has defo improved so much from last week!!Thank God!!arjun i feel was a tad bit better today.i feel the credit should go to bhawna.she is one heck of a choreo!!with shakti i feel suchitra can do so much more!!nd yeah i agree arjun has such an amazing nd positive personality!!

Salman/Shantanu:was there really any need to bring chutki back!!but ofcourse rangeela has to find more ways of promoting ang glorifying their uncrowned king of dance Salman 🤢.Okay in the tango part salman was a tad bit better than shantanu.but then i feel thats because of alisha's choreography.Shantanu is mainly a street style dancer but i have seen him performing other styles really well!!but alisha really falters every time she tries something out of her comfort zone!!but in the face-pff part shantanu was way way better than salman.but then salman played his old trick
*open your shirt and score more* 👏 .both deserved a 27 in my opinion.nd ganesh seriously 8!!which means helly and shantanu were at the same level!!

Helly/Harpal:Helly was defo better today.But the tukur tukur choreography was plain silly!!Helly i feel could have done so much better with a better choreo.

Surveen/Nora:I liked this one.Suvreen was defo better than Nora!!Surveen as far as i know is an untrained dancer.nd when i heard about her participation i really didnot have much expectaion.but now she is mu absolute favourite.the point is Surveen exactly has what the others lack-an extraordinary choreo.i always feel Sanam is such an underrated dancer and choreo!!i absolutely love him.i am eager to see so much more from him.Woth nora i feel the choreography could have so much better.

I am so so so disappointed with the marks Shantanu was given! 26? Ppl forget steps and still score more than him! why is it? Why are they treating Shantanu like he is the one who has been in Jhalak since years? What did salman do? Tango? Isn't that his comfort zone? And later in the real face off Shantanu ate him alive with his ease..and everone agreed and yet Shantanu was underscored and just like always Salman was overscored.

Yep when people like Helly[I can see Helly fans attacking me 😆] got the same score as Shan. What does that mean ? Non dancers are getting 28/29 and Shan getting 26?

i agree with you on almost everything..I would just like say,

i m still highly pissed... shantanu ws mindblowing in solo portion. & salman ws in duo. though i think his parter aish dis most of d job. judges totally ignored salman's mistakes. dats so freaking annoying. shan deserved atlst 27.

i so agree!!nd when people actually say that shantanu is performing in his comfort zone nd everything i am like so when have we actually seen salman out of his comfort zone!!its has been the same skinshow for ages now.did u actually realise how salman has been given such an inexperienced choreographer so that he can choreograph his own acts!!they r clearly favouring him 🤢

between Arjun and Shakti, Shakti's moves are very clean and his performance is herolike (not comparing but he reminds me of sushant very much😳), and arjun's energy is so high..so equal scores to them is ok by my side..

i loved nora and surveen's face off..surveen has definitely won my heart as a viewer..she is great..

and finally about shantanu and salman..don't wana comment about salman and judges's comments for him..but shantanu..yes he was underscored..he definitely deserved a 27..but this is not the performance of shan we know and have seen since so many years..i know he is more of a street style dancer..but we have seen his performances in other international dance styles as well, and he is great in those too..so what is happening in jhalak..alisha and shantanu has been working together, know each other so there should not be any problem of comfort..so, after considering all aspects, where is he lacking? only one answer is there, choreography and choreo partner..i love alisha as a dancer..but i am really not liking her as a choreographer..usually a choreographer doesn't make mistakes much but alisha is making many..despite having a strong dancer like shan she is not able to bring best out of him rather he is appearing as weak contestant compared to his counterparts..his solo performance was spot on..n that's the shan we have been watching..alisha really has to work on her part as a choreographer..disappointed with her..

yup i clearly noticed alisha faltering during a lift in the tango act!!

while salman was good in the tango part it was not really something extraordinary like the ones we have seen from lauren or shakti in the previous seasons!!

Writing my review for the first time here.

Among Karishma & Siddhart, I definitely felt Karishma was better. If anyone was underscored in this episode it was her. 24 for such a performance was clearly unfair. She deserved atleast 26/27. Sidhart was good no doubt. But definitely not better than Karishma.

Arjun & Shakti: Arjun has improved so much. He looked really comfortable and his moves were clean. Shakti performed well too... But Arjun was tad bit better.

Salman & Shantanu: For me both were equal. A full of dance and energy. Salman was overscored though. Shantanu's marks were justified.

Nora & Surveen: Missed Nora's part but Surveen clearly nailed it. Her expressions and moves were flawless.

Harpeet & Helly: Helly's best performance so far. She was enjoying it and it was showing on her face. Her act was entertaining. As for Harpeet. He was over praised.

p.s is it really necessary for guys to take off their shirts in every damn episode. Its getting too much now.
