When it comes to facts and definitions, there is no subjectivity involved. I can't say the meaning of subjectivity is objectivity since that's how I see it, now can I ? Not unless I wanna sound like a fool. So basically, I can't change the meaning of a word for the heck of it. That's the reason why people follow dictionary than churn out their meanings of a word.
Subjectivity is with people's opinions and perception, not when it comes to using a definition and contour it the way you like. Innovation means something new, has nothing to do with hard or easy or any kinds steps. New means new. Yes you can have your opinion as to your take on Innovation but you can't go around making statements like "Innovation can't be easy steps" since that is imposing your views and making it universal for others to follow. You can say "According to me...blah blah blah", but you can't refute others when they say Innovation can also be easy steps which can be new with a different idea. Period.
If you still don't understand the issue, then I guess I am banging my head at the wrong place with bunch of blinders around. So meh, whatever.
