1) working with Drashti is more challenging than Yana and Isha bc she is not a dancer (well that's obvious to anyone!) but I'm totally game! Bring it on :)

2) this is a dance platform and we will deliver - that's why when we win this thing it will be because we were clearly, hands down the most deserving!

3) coming up with new ideas is tough but creativity and combined with brilliance - this is what ppl will be talking about once jhalak comes to a conclusion!

I love this Jodi and all the best to Salman
❤️

Agree with ALL of this! Your points are bang on! 👏

Nice POV. But that would be acceptable in a different situation. The Article has come out at a time, when they scored barely 24, so their is a question, are they ignoring performance due to popularity or any other factors?

Or Salman, just may be making a ground for not winning. So later he can say, I told you performance is necessary, and we didn't perform.

Otherwise, isn't it very obvious that in a competition, performance has a very good bearing to win?

Thanks! And I get what you're trying to say but the reason in my opinion this article has come out now is because there has been SO much talk about how Sal and Drashti only get by due to popularity. It's just a way to address all that and not about making excuses for there low scored performances.Sal and Drashti are very straight up and blunt people. When it comes to their own acts I think they'r both very hard on themselves. He (or Drashti) are NOT trying to garner sympathy by saying these things. Besides for all we know they could have interviewed him about this before their performance and just published this now. Also this isn't the first time they have scored low points so as you can see an article like this could have come out way back if it was meant to be about saving face. He's just being honest about the situation. Yes popularity has some sort of advantage but the audience aren't stupid either dance is still dance and giving an exceptional performance is very much important! Esp at this stage in the competition. That's all he's trying to say!

Btw sorry this is so long! And it's nice we can have a friendly or civil discussion about this.😊There's to much unnecessary hate in this forum. Promote what you love don't bash what you hate is what I always say!

I don't think this is an old article. The Media knows the scores on the same day and it has been few days, so, you have to consider that the article has been a result of that performance.

That's a very personalized statement, I have no knowledge how they actually are and what's in their heart. But would just like to take it coming from any person, irrespective of judging their inner characteristics, intent etc.

They were on a roll for consecutive 4/5 weeks of good scores, so this 24 score is an exceptional situation, IMO

Yes I agree with you on the last paragraph... It's. dance show and dance must have bearing on the results. So this is very much the reason to believe that they were interviewed due to this low scores. Now the other factors related to that, might definitely vary from person to person.

Yes, I'm happy that I'm having a kind of discussion with a die hard DD fan, couldn't have in a while. I don't dislike her either. But all the fights you mention has very less to do with DD, it's about the inability of the fans to accept a different opinion. I'm happy that you had that attitude...thanks

😊

i am fan of both of them and i want the best for both of them 😛. as you say Salman is worried with Drashti . i don't think it's so actually😃. Drashti is doing wonders enough as compared to others. my intuition says that Salman must be feeling lucky getting Drashti as co-dancer , who does not take much amount of time in learning dance and always gives better than what she learns .
