This is not fair now. A womans dress is not a license for someone to rape.It is our thinking that is making men to think that it is acceptable to molest a women if she dressed little.

i didn't say that backless and halter necks comes under vulgar category...the only thing which comes to my mind when i think of the word vulgar is DD's green fusion costume of last weeks performance and her dance moves made it looked more vulgar.
