Do any of you think that Shakti Mohan will win Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Season 7?
She is a fabulous dancer and she has proved that by winning Dance India Dance.
Her strongest competitor is Mouni Roy. Last season the main competition was between Drashti Dhami and Lauren Gottlieb. Honestly, I found Lauren a lot better than Drashti and was really hoping she would win but the final results depend on the votes and Drashti obvioulsy got more votes because she was really popular as "Madhubala" at that time and Lauren being an American didn't have much fan following but had a huge fan in a girl named Sharon Naina Roy (ME ;).
Year before last, Isha Sherwani was really fabulous and so was Rashmi Desai but Gurmeet won. So maybe neither Mouni nor Shakti will win but it will be Akshat (hope not).
If Shakti-Mouni are the final two and it depends on the votes, then maybe Shakti will have an advantage over Mouni. Shakti Mohan was won millions of hearts with her portrayal of the talented dancer Kriya Ghai in Dil Dosti Dance. Mouni Roy's last show was Junoon where she played Meera Singh and Junoon received very poor TRPs and D3 is extremely popular and so is Shakti as Kriya. Fans stopped watching D3 just because Shakti/Kriya left.
So in the voting, Shakti has a small advantage but even Mouni Roy has A LOT of fans. Close fight! Karan and Aashish are good too but not better than Mouni and Shakti.
