TRPs are not due to the fans who watch some sort of shows just to favor their loved stars . Most of the people across the country watch the show for pure entertainment . The fan portal site statistics don't even count for one percent who watch the show . Its probably due to the FIFA world cup pre-finale periods and also the not-so-entertaining gimmicks of the show . It has nothing to do with DD's exit :)

In my area people started watching after drashti exit. Thank god she was replaced.

As much as I admire DD for her acting and dancing abilities, I still feel that hosting might not be her cup of tea. As an amateur, I agree that she was slowly and steadily improving upon whatever she knew, but hosting requires a sense of spontaneity and timing. In that sense, Manish Paul excels at hosting. The channel may have made their decision too abruptly by replacing her just so they would see a soar in trps but unfortunately that wasn't the case. 😆 I'm sure DD will surely find other greener pastures in the industry!
