dat was so transparent, so true!.....i was like yeh dis always happens in life. 😊

exactly, I think he has the right to express himself which he did and I dont find anything wrong with it.Some may feel that he said those things as he is a bad loser but then I admire him bcoz he spoke whateas in his mind irrespective of knowing that he isnt coming back on the show.

The main problem or issue which I agreed with akash was that last week ,the mai issue that the judges had was that there was bhangra and less of samba and that was pointed out (rightly) By farah but when u see mahesh manjrekar's performance ,U will see that he did the same thing in every style of dancing and that was lauded and applauded as being entertaining and fuuny Now this is completely biased and beyond reasoning ,thats exactly what akash asked .

SLB frankly told his views that akash has to go out but wasnt he the one who said that he is the drak horse and he has the passion blah blah and then wasnt he the one ,who didnt want rati to go out bcoz he was an admirer of her inpite of her not dancing well. Why didnt he speak out like this then when rati was going out . Dont u see bias and unfairness in this.

Shilpa atleast gave akash 10 once and appreciated him in 1-2 episodes but she always is influenced by the scored the other judges gave ,again, which was rightly pointed out by akash .

I didnt find hs dance all that great and I would have given him the same marks that the judges gave him but when compared to the scores given to mahesh who did the same or worse ,they applauded him and gave him the highest scoring ,where did that come from and what was the basis for that scoring .

I appreciate akash for speaking openly and telling the judges abt his feelings and I think it takes guts to do that .Otherwise the judges will always fly high

Misbehaving, redirecting your anger at others and putting your colleagues down on national TV does not earn you respect!

come on guys.. i think he took out all his frustration on them.. did not even take ne blame on himself. i really think he was not good in last epi. i too beleive tat he wasted time after tat tilak n stuff. n it was peoples vote tat mattered..
also he did not give bindi e chance to speak or thank the people she wanted. i mean.. he told her ke u will come up bcoz u've worked with me... haha.. this is the overconfidence tat let him down. n we cant just blame farah... bcoz he accused all the judges. n anyone on farah's place would have got the same expressions. i m glad she did not let off her dignity n answer back to his silly comments. they were soo indirect.. if he was speaking from heart then they shud have been so obvious.. HE IS A SPOILT SPORT!!!!
I think Farahs remarks helped him grow.. bcoz he did better in second epi that first n better in 3rd then 2nd. he shud have taken her comments positively

I agree with picasa partly that the judges esp farah was right in her comments abt akash's dancing and she did point out his flaws coz she knew his potential But the main issue was CONSISTENCY ,the same flaws were applauded for another contestant , that was the problem. Watch the last previous gala episode ,farah said to akash, ur dance was more of bhangra than samba but watch farah's comments on mahesh when he did laavni in salsa .Watch farah's comments on akash stating that he did acrobatics and then watch her comment on ajay when he did his catwheel jump ,she said it was "innovative and very good" .Doesnt this show inconsistency ,for me it does .

Akash was not the best dancer in JDL nor did he perform well in my opinion but then there should be some consistency in judging ,the same judges praise someone like mahesji who never even could remember his steps if u watch his last performance ,he was too tired and forgot his steps too ,yet he is given the 2nd highest scores in the last episode .

thats why i felt that akash's cooemnts were right partly but again i agree he didnt let his choreographer speak and that was childish of him and some of his comments did show anger and frustration but there were some valid points told

This is a competition, the judges may be partial, but a person - especially when a public figure should always maintain their dignity. What did Akash achieve? Is he back on the show - NO. Are Farah or SLB or Shilpa going to change what they are doing or what they think by this speech - NO. Is the media going to make him a hero for blasting the prejudiced judges - NO they have'nt. Infact, most reports potray him as a childish man who sulked becuase he lost.

Also, abusing the fellow contestants seems uncalled for and makes him look like a petulant child. What was the need to talk about his fellow contestants. They had nothing to do with hi ouster. The fact that he did not get along with them has nothing to do with his exit from the show. He should practice what he preaches and should have left his personal feelings for is fellow contestants out of his "speech"

He should have exited with grace and dignity. At the end of the day the audience would realize that the JDJ is fixed and hopefull stop watching it causing the ratings to dip and then maybe the judges would be replaced or the channel would learn. But his outburst caused a heightened interest in the show. I did not agree with the way Akash handled the situation. Again this is not meant to offend, just my two cents

He should have taken lesson from Pooja and Rati and be a GRACIOUS LOSER. This was not a do-or-die situation.

The votes are determined majorly by the JANATA and not just the Judges.

Remember - Everything is Fair in Love and War. You win some and then you lose some too.

His tirade showed his childish behaviour. Who wants to hear or see their dirty laundry in public?

Does he reliaze that his tantrum affected Bindi's chances at fame as well.

LET'S leave the child in Akash sulk and give him time to GROW UP.

Sorry Akash. Don't be a bad loser.

i was not a happy to hear what he had to say. i mean he is not the best dancer however he danced well... when he was judege last time he did not say anything at that time and he respected the decions and comments by the judges specially by farah khan. now that he did not move forward in the show he just showed what kind of person he is. i mean i am sorry to say that but his comments were not nice... interms of speaking to shilpa. she had givne him the 10 scores more then anybody esles. he was so rude to farah khan ( fine she is your x but she is much better then you and yes she know how to dance ... ) he really should say sorry to all three for being to un perforsessiner and respect public and juedes 's decion.

Mahesh should have scored the least in the previous round.

the only one who benifit from all these little dramas is Sony. such incidents boost their TRPs. otherwise sony would have simply edited all that akaash said.

Completely concur👏....Sony could have edited out this footage, but it didnt..Nevertheless,I wouldnt complain,As it was a treat to watch Farah's priceless expression😆

Thankfully,I dont get too emotional about serials, and I had a good laugh seeing Sanjay's face contort into ghoulish proportions, and seeing Shilpa's fear when it was her turn to face the music😆

Aakash thankfully, acted like a human.....Sometimes,Its better to be real, rather than feign dignity..Some people are naturally dignified,Some are thick skinned and dont really take criticism to heart and worse still,Some are more emotional,(and when the emotional lot feign dignity,it just seems fake).....I guess Aakash falls in the latter category.....

I wouldnt blame him for tongue lashing Farah,SLB and SHilpa.....He was very very unfairly judged, and he did raise valid points..WHen Mahesh can break into a bharatnatyam kinda jig, when he can incorporate his tapori steps in a latin american dance style, and get full marks,in the name of being "innovative",why wasnt Aakash given brownie points for his "innovativeness"😕..Aakash's dance was really eclectic, and it was thoroughly enjoyable..ATleast it has more spunk than Mona's samba and MAhesh's samba🤢

Farah deserved it..SHe was so partial all throughout Indian Idol, and she was INDEED very biased towards Aakash..More than the fact that she was harbouring a grudge, what was more prominent was her biasness for Mahesh...All the judges are pro mahesh and somewhat pro mona too,and all were anti Aakash from day 1.....I for the first time am defending Aakash's act, which ofcourse wasnt the most dignified exit, but it was very believable..He isnt full of the milk of human kindness, but he was real, which was impressive..and this is coming from someone who has never watched any of Aakash's shows

SHilpa epitomises the "dumb blonde"(metaphorically)...She always has only 1 comment "mein Farah/SLB se sehmath hoon"....Malaika,on NB gives intelligent suggestions, whereas Shilpa is only there to add to the glamour quotient.....🤢

Farah was paid 60 lakhs,SLB 1.1 crores, and Shilpa 70 lakhs..now when they are paid this much, they must be answerable to the contestants......If the contestant feels that he/she is unfairly judged, the judges should convince them..Why didnt Farah/SLb speak up and defend themselves when Aakash accused them of partiality...WHy didnt they elucidate as to why Mahesh scored points for lavni(spelling) in a salsa, but Aakash was cut marks for incorporating a few bhangra steps in samba..IF Mahesh can be cut slack,so can Aakash....The judges had the mike too, they could have defended themselves...they chose to sit there like morons, fuming and fretting ......They as judges have a responsibility, they are answerable to the contestants....They need to give reasons as to why scores were cut

But yes,Aakash's badmouthing his fellow contestants was poor in taste...A tabloid carried that he apparently told Svetha that "SHe isnt a good person in real life"...Now that was cheap, lowly and abominable🤢..I surely dont condone the maligning of the contestants👎🏼,but the judges deserved it...😆..and yes,the fact that he didnt allow bindi to speak ,too didnt go too well with me...👎🏼

Just my views,no offence😊

You echoed my thoughts tina👏...Guess I should have read the entire thread instead of Quoting while I was on page 3😆.It would have spared my the 10 mins of typing😆

COmpletely agree with you tina...The "REPEATED" nitpicking was irksome, when the other contestants were applauded for the same mistake😕
