And why do you say that? There should be a WC round!

Because II didn't have one, and they have the same PT.

Hmmmmmm so if JDJ does not have a WC round that means those who got eliminated should be worried cause they have no chance of coming back especially Krushna who was really good!

I think there IS going to be a wildcard round, eliminated contestants like Renuka and Akhil have been saying that they are hopeful of coming back through wild card.

Plus there has been a wild card round in JDJ 2 and JDJ 3 as well.

I don't think its a strange support base. It is a very common occurrence in reality shows like this. Statistically most voters tend to be young females. These women tend to vote mostly for men, especially men who have high fan following, cute etc. Many vote obsessively. A second voting base tends to be regional, where they will vote for promoting their region. While this can be a windfall it is not as frequent as the fan girl vote. Lastly there is the aggregate voters. Sometimes these can actually be part of a much larger fan base, but they are moderate voters and cannot compare to the obsessive fanbase that votes repeatedly.

Mona and Prachi are interesting exceptions. Mona Singh was a popular in a more nascent period of television when there was not as many major schisms in television fandom. Even IF back then was young. Prachi came from a show with a large female fan following. While Jay Bhanushali was there the same season, his show had not garnered an obsessive fandom with females.

Sometimes it seems odd that the people forumers support tend to be randomly eliminated and some person no one cares much for wins. I attribute it to the fact that most people obsessively voting probably dont have the ability to string a sentence together to post here. Occasionally they do somehow stumble their way upon here. They are easy to identify.

But you are right- last season Gauhar was the best dancer amongst the three finalists but she had the least fans on the forum. It just goes to show that popularity is not stemming only from dancing talent as it is supposed to, but that other factors also play a large role in voting patterns.

the fan base is prob mostly girls
