Articles that claim he fractured his leg are misleading. He actually tore his ACL. Depending on how severe the ACL tear is it can be anything from excruciatingly painful and swollen, unable to walk or something the person is not aware they have torn until they experience popping of the knee and sudden instability. Nearly 80% of all sports injuries are ACL related. Several people have played full games of soccer with ACL injuries.

Not to take anything away from Salman though, it requires a lot of grit, strength and pain threshold to practice dancing everyday and then perform. Kudos to his fighting spirit, shows that dancers are true athletes too. 👏

And I agree my friend tore his ACL over the summer and he has this like 1.5 long brace on his leg.

And his pain is extremely excruciating

Honestly if he has fractured leg than he should not be dancing...Things can get worse...May be he can bow out of the show or judges can disqualify him looking our for his best interest...All depends on what the doctor says...

salman is the best choreographer in jdj..i wish him luck..only thing that bugs me is his partner although she is a fab dancer but i cant stand her..but i still hope salmaan wins😃 he is superb and always comes up with sumthing new

The best that the judges can do for him is temporarily change Yana's choreographer . .Yana winner isnt important, atleast not for me, Salman and his health is damn important .

I Am soooo soooooo proud of him!!!!!!! He is a fighter ... and it's commendable how he always comes back with a Bang whenever somthing negative happens! <3

Finally TOI Got it right 😛 .... he is ' a shining example' for others too! im sure he'll be smart about the whole thing and take care of himself and NOT make things worse. He's too ishmmmaarrt to do somthing like that :P
