Arre.... The meaning is quite simple... Pappu votes ki bheekh nahi maanta hai...Votes us se apne-aap mil jaate hain....Jaise kisi bhikari bina kuch bole katora dikha deta hai aur log bheekh katore mein daal dete hain...

divya baby, I wrote Pappu's name... Did I directly name anyone??? Isme cheap ya immature hone waali kya baat hai??? Agar aapko lagta hai hum cheap hain toh bhai theek hai, I can't help it... U keep your personal assumptions on me and I am keeping mine on many people... If you want, you can make it public also, I mean more public than it...I really don't care...I am not a crazy fan of someone as you can very well see it it in my siggy, avi etc. etc...I have nothing like these to declare that I am Baichung-crazy or Gauhar-crazy...I write what I like...
