Because when the injury is fresh, you can't even move your hand and it can be painful if you jump or move other parts of the body. In the beginning you have to be very careful or it can hinder the healing. It still takes time for complete recovery, but after couple of weeks, you can do your regular movements and with painkillers and such one can manage. I am saying this from what I have seen at the hospitals. You can believe or don't believe, I don't care. I can't come and take off someone's blinder. Anyways, I am sure her doctors and JDJ makers know better than some random people here.
