I totally agreed with you.Seems the TM has some particular prob with gurmeet.I visit very less this site itself.But whenever I come to this jhalak forum after the episodes I always found some particular ppl say targetting gurmeet only.😕

Since when does critiquing a performance on a reality show equate to posting negativity on the forum? Believe it or not, some of us do come here to discuss the dance aspect of the show. If you disagree, you are more than welcome to haddress the concerns that were raised here - i.e. lack of dance in Gurmeet-Shampa's performance. Or counter your argument with an explanation on WHY you think he deserved a 30. There's no need to get offended just because the rest of us don't choose to worship the ground your favorite celebrity walks on! This is a discussion forum - it's annoying to not be able to discuss dance because you're afraid so-and-so's fan base will be offended. Y'all need to chill out, and if that's not possible, learn to ignore topics you don't like.

And abt the contestants I can say confidently that if gurmeet has flaws then all others too have that one.Isha also is not totally flawless but she got 30 marks consecutiveley since three weeks.But none pointed out that.On top of that she is a well trained dancer.And for me Jayati also did nt perform so good that she would have got 28 or 29.She herself told yesterday that she is a tarined odissi dancer.And some ppl are saying that gurmeet only did uchhalkud?????😲Then what was Darsheel doing in his performance?????

Gurmeet's expressions were outstanding and he got his deserved 30 marks.Period.

I'm not a dancer neither I've any exp in that bt seems here many ppl are having deep knowledge in dancesometimes more than the judges.

So critiquing Gurmeet's performance makes us all Isha-Salman fans? 😕 At least learn to give your favorite celebrity some credit! As a fan, you should support him by telling us why you like his performances - why resort to bringing other dancers down? If you have a problem with Isha-Salman or any other contestant, why don't you critique that performance and leave Gurmeet out of it? Undoubtedly, Isha and Salman had a brilliant concept but I thought the best part was that their choreography is what explained the concept to us - they did not rely on props, song lyrics or any external factor to explain the message they were trying to convey.

I like Remo a lot, but Remo is definitely biased at times - at least in DID, anyway. As far as the judges scoring is concerned, it is scripted because the channel controls most of the judging to ensure the right people are making their way to the top. Otherwise the scoring wouldn't be so irrational!

I liked Jayati's performance very much, but a 10 from Remo was a bit much, but it's ok. 28 is good. And although Darsheel did really well, I think 27 or 28 would've been a better score.

Oops, edit: I actually agree with you. I think Isha-Salman would've been fine with a 28-29. But since they gave Shibani, Darsheel and Gurmeet 30s, I think Isha deserved it, too. The judges scores don't reflect the performances - they're still giving votes on an case-by-case basis. Since their scores play a 50% role in the results, they should be more careful in their rankings!

I don't think I'm losing respect for Shampa - she's a great choreographer, and she will help Gurmeet improve his dance. There was an improvement in itself today, but I really hope she works to improve Gurmeet's dance and not work around it by giving him less dancing in his performances (KSG, anyone?). Shampa is a fantastic choreographer- I think she's keeping some of her tricks hidden up her sleeve for now. I'm sure she knows Gurmeet's here to stay, so she'll need to keep her creativity going throughout the season.

Gurmeet has a really well-built body, and therefore his upper body is really stiff when he dances! It's a problem they're going to have to work on because otherwise you can't tell he's dancing unless you just look at his legs! That's where the focus was in today's act as well - lots of movement and expressions. It moved the focus away from the upper body. I'm sure it's hard for any guy to do that, but he'll have to learn. I definitely don't think a 30 was deserved so early in the game though!

I think it has more to do with the production's mood on any given day. Conversion formula is so secret that it seems almost non-existent lately! It's easier to manipulate results if they have to areas to manipulate numbers from. 😆
