One famous Agnihotri)Rati Agnihtri) is from south, so Agnihotri is not Punjabi but he is acting in JJKN as Punjabi. He spoke some dialogues also in Punjabi, so what. Its not like live show. They can learn one or 2 dialogues before they record the show.

Anybody can confirm that?

That doesn't mean all the Agnihotri's r from South😕 I can confirm Apu is from Kanpur and some of my relatives r from there too and that's how I know there r lots of Punjabis in Kanpur so Apu is kinda Hindu/Punjabi😃

Oh and about the comment about her understanding punjabi or not, well there are a lot of models that appear in Punjabi videos that have no clue what the song means!!!! And I don't see why all of you are soo shocked, because before she was known on the soap's scene, no one would have been shocked as you all were!!! She would have been just another model in a punjabi video!!!!!
And another comment that some made here regarding Apoorva being punjabi or not, well here it goes. His sister lives here in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, a city next to my home town, I live in Calgary, Alberta, and so a little while after he was married to Shilpa, they both came to Edmonton to his sister to have his wedding reception here. At the same time, his sister and her husband were opening up an Indian Grocery store and Apoorva came to do the Udhgarten to that store. I think that store was called Nanak Groceries and Movies, or something to that nature!!!!! Anyways, the reason why I told you about all of that is because of the name of his sister's store, Nanak, if you all know, that Guru Nanak Dev Ji was the founder and first Guru of the sikh religion, thus Punjabi!!!!!
So maybe he is, or partly punjabi!!!!!
P.S. I know about him coming here to Alberta is because it was announced all over our local indian shows, and after the udhgarten, one of the shows actually showed him signed autographs and saying, "Hi this is Apoorva Agnihotri some and visit my store"!!!!!!!! That's about what he said, I remember because I distinctly remember watching him say that!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, go punjabi's go around the world!!! Koi cona dunia da chhadio na!!!!!

Actually the thing that I'm shocked abt is WHY DO I KEEP SEEING SHILPA EVERYWHERE?😕 Shilpa being in Punjabi video is no big deal coz even JOHN ABRAHAM was in Jazzy B's Surma video😃 But one thing is for sure Punjabi's rock everyone's socks off😛😆

You're right on that part!!!! Punjabi's rock this world. There is a saying here in North Ameriaca amongst Punjabi's that Potatoes and Punjabis can be found together around the world!!!!!! I think its funny, but it is true that Punjabi's do rock the world!!!!!!!!!

Also, John Abraham was in Hans Raaj Hans's video along with Gauri Pradhan in his Jhanjar video!!!!!!

Isn't it funny how this thread started off as someone being shocked to see Shilpa in a punjabi video, then it lead to the question of Apoorva's punjabi relation, then too people wanting to be a certain height, and now to how punjabi's rock the world!!!! It's amazaing how off topic things here at I-F can get too!!!!!
