Well, once again that old court drama!😕
FAREWELL PARTY:
The police officer goes to the stage to arrest Neha Shastri for murdering her husband Anuj Shastri. Raghav tries to stop him for the last time but the officer says that he cannot stop him to do his duty, he has the arrest warrant with him. Raghav is very sad. Mrs. khatri is infinitely happy and another one who is smiling, is Jo. The students go to stop their Neha madam. They say that this cannot be true. Neha madam didn't even slap anybody, and she cannot do this. Jassi says that they should not worry about her because she is innocent and she believes that she will be free from this confusion.
HOTEL:
Aryan says that the identity of Neha Shastri will destroy Jasmit Walia. When she took this identity she did not even imagine that one day this identity would be the end of her life. She did not know that real Neha is a murderer and police is searching for Neha for from 5th August. Aryan says that he has just informed the local police that Neha Shastri is living here and teaching in this school. Parvatlaal says that this idea is right but this will not be easy to prove that she is real Neha, because the fingerprints, handwriting and passport will prove soon that she is not the real one. (Well, at least parvatlaal has the better brain than the scriptwriter!😉).
Aryan says that he knows that it is very easy to prove legally that she is not Neha , but he will kill jassi in this legal trap. She will be proved that she is not Neha if the case goes to the court. But there are thousands of cases in this country, which are under the cover of govt. files, and they will never come to the court. This case will also never come to the court and the life of jassi will go away behind the bars. Parvatlaal is now very happy with Aryan and he says that although Aryan lives in city but he is more uncha than the hill people.
FATHER'S PLACE:
Raghav goes to meet father who is very ill. Father is surprised to see him sad and asks what happened. Raghav says that police has arrested nehaji for murdering her husband. Father is shocked. He says that he is responsible for everything. He says everything, which happened with Jassi and how he advised her to take the name of Neha to live here and teach the students. Raghav is surprised. He asks him what will they do now. Father says that Raghav has to help her by any means. Raghav promises to him that he will do whatever he can for Jassi.
LOCK-UP:
Police officer is interrogating Jassi how she killed her husband and she is telling that she does not know any thing and she is not Neha Shastri. The officer says that soon everything will be proved. They ask jassi to give her thumb mark and mark of her palm on two papers.
Raghav comes to meet Jassi. Jassi says that whenever she has changed her identity she has been in danger, she just forgot that that destiny cannot be avoided by changing the name only. She has to suffer everything, which has been in her destiny. Raghav says that he has known about her from Father. Jassi says that she does not want to be here, sh4e wants to come out. Raghav says that he will help her.
PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE:
Aryan and Parvatlaal go to meet Mr. Jha( I forgot the name.😕), THE PUBLICE PROSECUTOR. Jha says that if they have come to bribe him then he is saying that he does not take anything like that and he never takes up any wrong case. Aryan says that they have come not to request him to take up any case but not to take up a certain case, the case of Neha Shastri. Parvatlaal says that not delaying that case they will take care of him in a proper way and Parvat shows a bunch of notes to him. Jha is a very unchi thing. He now smiles. He asks what he has to do. Aryan says, he will have to delay the case as long as possible. Thee unchi things get united to destroy Jassi.
LOCK-UP:
Raghav comes to Meet Jassi and says that he has tired for her bail but nothing is being possible as there is not date available for this case. It seems that somebody has purchased the Govt. officials here and that's why the case is not coming. Jassi says that she wants to come out. She wants to meet her parents. Raghav says that their phone came in the school and luckily he was there and he said that she has gone for an excursion with the students. Jassi asks how long they will be able to make it secret. Raghav says he will leave no stone unturned so that the case comes to the court.
SURI HOUSE:
Aryan informs Mallika about what he has done with Jassi. Mallika asks him whether he is sure that Jassi cannot come out of the jail this time. Aryan says that he is 100% sure because this time he will leave no stone unturned. Mallika says that he has said these even before but each time Jassi comes back and they only suffer. Aryan promises her that this time it will not happen. He forbids her to tell anything to Armaan about this case. Mallika smiles and says that Armaan has gone to Singapore and thank God that their Armaan, that means, their dream will come to be true this time. Aryan says that this time there will be no angel from heaven to save Jassi because all the angels are in their side now.
PUBLIC BOOTH:
Raghav calls somebody and says that he wants his help, as the case is not coming to the court. Perhaps someone has purchased the govt. officials. He wants that the case come to the court. The person whom he is calling seems to be quite influential.
JHA'S OFFICE:
Aryan and Parvatlaal are very angry with Jha. They say that the case has come to the court now. Aryan asks Jha what was he doing? He says that he had given a lot of money to him only to delay the case. Jha says that everything was ok, but it seems that Jassi's friend Raghav knows a very influential person and he has managed to make it so fast. Aryan is sad and asks, what will happen now. Jha says that they should not get upset, as there is still hope. Nothing is out of hand still. He has a weapon in his hand and they will see that in the court.
LOCK-UP:
Raghav gives the good information that they have got a date. Jassi is surprised that he was saying that it is very hard to get a date. Raghav says that it seems somebody very influential wants to help her. Jassi says that she is sure it is Father. Raghav is slightly taken aback that Jassi is not thinking that he may be that person.( Raghav, get used to it man!😡 Jassi is of this type. Poor Purab got so tired helping her that he even went to heaven!ðŸ˜) But he controls himself and says that Father also wants to see her out of this bar. Jassi asks how is Father. Raghav says he is better now. Jassi then asks what will happen in the court, as she does not have a lawyer. Raghav is thinking about that matter.
COURT:
The Judge asks Neha Shastri whether she has any lawyer from her side. Jassi is silent. She is wondering where is Raghav. Jha says that he will be the public prosecutor. Parvatlaal is present there and he is smiling happily that Jassi has no lawyer. Aryan is not there for the right reason to hide him self from the eyes of Jassi. Judge says that he has to wait for the next date. But at this moment the lawyer enters in the courtroom. It is none other than Raghav himself. He says that he will be the lawyer from Nehaji's side. Jha and Parvatlaal are flabbergasted.
