Guys! Today's episode is very very dramatic with the courtroom scenes . But I must mention the main drama which we were waiting for ,jessica's confession to Billu that she is jassi did not happen tonight. Credits goes to the sony people for their wonderful preview as always.😉
We start with the conversation between Mallika , Aryan and thakraal!!
Mallika: I must say mr . thakraal that I couldn't imagine you to be so….
Thakraal cuts in between: that I will be soo young , miss mallika?
Mallika smiles in response.
Thakraal: many people think this as my weak point . But I can assure you it is not my weakness. Anyways, let's come to business. I want to know why do you like me to handle this case as public prosecutor? I think there may be two reasons behind that. One, you will be benefited if jessica stays behind the bars or may be you will be benefited if jesica is hanged till death!
Aryan is simple impressed. He says: you are rightly guessing Mr. Thakraal!
Thakraal: I do not guess. I come to the conclusion on the basis of proofs and witnesses. anyways , if you want to turn this meeting into success then tell the whole story from the beginning!!!
Mallika starts telling the whole story, obviously in her own way.
COURT
In front of the court we can see a NDTV reporter covering the whole thing. She says, today we will be able to see a real drama in the courtroom as we came to know that famous lawyer Mr.Thakraal is handling the Jassi-murder case . as you know , Thakraal is a famous lawyer and its nearly impossible to fight against him and he is famous for giving the convicts strict punishments. Let us go to some people who work in gm.
She goes to the members of he gang who are standing there with sad and angry faces. Reporter: do you think Jessica should be punished?
Gang: yes off course!!! She murdered out sweet and innocent jassi. She should be hanged. We will fight for justice and we have to achieve it.
Jessica is being taken into the courtroom and she is face to face with Mallika.
Malika smiles her evil smile and thinks: so! miss Jessica Bedi! now you will know whom you had challenged !
Jessica also smiles very confidently and thinks: Mallika, you don't know how you have done a favour to me with this case because with it will expose you in front of the people and I could not get a better chance to do it !!!
Mallika watches jesica's confident smiles and is slightly taken aback: why she is still confident ? what is she thinking?
Jessica goes to the witness box.
Armaan stares at her holding his breaths!
Gang watches at her angrily!
Mallika stares at jessica with an evil smile. Jessica stares at Mallika from the witness box!
Accruing to the instruction of the judge ,pp, thakraal starts his proceedings!
Thankraal: your honour, this is a simple case . but before going to the case directly I would like to tell a story to all.
Judge: proceed!
Thakraal: thank you your honour1 it's the story of the swan who used to give golden eggs to a man.but the man was so tempted to have all those eggs in one day that he killed the swan. Just like that Jessica bedi was tempted to acquire the property of gm and therefore she killed that innocent jassi cold bloodedly. Jesica should be given strictest possible punishment for this crime .
Jessica hears everything and stares at pp with teary eyes. Armaan and raj are staring at her holding their breathes .Mallika looks very very satisfied with the smile in her face.when pp stops Jessica smiles slightly.
Judge asks her: Miss Jessica Bedi do you admit that you have done this offence?
Jessica says in a slow,calm but firm voice: no! I didn't murder Jassi. I admit that I had to kill Jassi because a girl like her do not have any right to live in this society . she dies in every moment and all of us are responsible for her death!
Arman, Raj and all the members of gang are shocked and surprised!
Thakraal: well, then there is no confusion at al. the convict herself is admitting that she had cmmitedthis crime and so…..
Jesica cuts: objection your honour!my honourable pp might be thinking about some other story and
That's why he might have missed my words.i have said it very clearly that I didn't commit any murder.
Judge: mr. P p don't try to divert the court with your words.
Pp: I will not the point your honour. But I can assure you that I will prove that she has commited the murder.
Judge: you will be given enough time to do that. But first of all I want to know who will deal the case from Jessica Bedi's side .
Jessica: I will deal the case myself your honour!
Boooooooooooooooooooommmmmmmm!!!
Every one is astounded!
Thakraal again starts some story but judge interrupts and orders him to come to the pints directly.
He then produces the diary, purse and her some personal belongings to the court and asks her: can she say how these things came in her house?
He again shows the half-burnt passport of jassi and says that this proves that Jessica tried to destroy all the clues after murdering jassi. He sows the letter which jassi wrote to her family and says that jesica might have taken it from jassi to post it and the after murdering her she had hidden it so tha nobody can smell anything !
He shows those papers of kohinoor where jassi had written that in the name of Jessica and right after that jassi disappeared!!!
He syas: your honour this proves that Jessica has killed jassi after having the company and she did all these cold –bloodedly. After that she had destroyed all the clues and then she made friendship with jassi's family, so that no one can suspect her. but inspite of theat when some people started suspecting her she tries to go away from this country. But due to some dutiful citizens and active police force she could not succeed this time.
He says: your honour , Jessica should be punished for her words that jassi has no place n this society . on the other hand i should say that jesica should have no place in the society and jasi must have a place in the society!
I am calling my witnesses now………
WALIA-HOUSE:
Billu says to amrit: I must go to meet Jessica in jail. I have to know why she has taken away my daughter from me!
COURT:
Ruby:she was like a diamond! When she came here to do secretary's job she believed herself one among us!
Naaz: she had lots of degrees. inspite of being the secretary she used to solve all the major problems of the company!
Maithili: she listened to everyone with love and did what ever she could!
Ruby:whatever she did ,she did with love!
Maithili: she was a genious!
Pp: so you mean to say she was very innocent!
Ruby: yes, that is my point!
Pp: so you mean to say although she started as a secretary but due to her hard work she became the CEO of the company!
Naaz: yes yes and she deserved that post!
Pp: so you mean, anybody could be friends with her and in this excuse anybody could fool her!
Maithili: yes,because she was harmless!
Pp: so she became friends with jesica quickly without thinking anything?
Maithili: yes!yes!
Pp: so our honour there was one enemy of her,Jessica bedi! Who killed her to take away the property from her. she should be…
Jessica: if jassi is so innocent truly then can she steal money from gm?
Ruby: nono ,our jassi can never do such thing!
Thkraal sits in his chair and mallika whispers from behind: Mr thakraal!why is she helping us? it was our plan to prove jassi a very innocent girl!!!!!.
Thakraal: I think,Jessica does not know anything about law and cases!
He stands up.
He says,that he is going to produce that witness who was closest to jasi and who knowsabout the innocence of jassi best! He is Mr. Armaan Suri!
Jessica stares at arman who is coming to the witness box!
At first arman says that the does not know anything. But judge orders him to answer all the questions asked to him.
Pp: do you think jassi could be convinced easily by anybody1
Armaan : look! these are old things and……
P: please answer me,don't you want that jassi's murderer gets punishment?
Armaan: that question does not arise as jassi is alive!!!!
Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmm!!
Everyone is shocked and surprised!!
Annoyed Mallika shakes her head!!!
Jesica looks at her beloved's face with teary eyes!!!!
Pp: what do you mean? Where is the proof?
Amaan: I feel it.my heart says it!
Pp:this point should not be noted your honour because law does not believe in heart, it believes in proofs.i come back to the point!can you say me how was jassi?
Armaan says softly : she had all those things in her which a good human being should have.whoever met her started loving her!( jesica is not listening but drinking these words !!!) whe she was around she used to solve everyone's problems and when she was not around everybody missed her !!!like I miss her,and I want her to come back!
Pp: do you have any question Jessica?
Jessica controls her tears and says: no!!!
Pp: I would like to call upon my next witness, Mr. Raj Malhotra!
Pp: please tell us,how was jassi?
Raj:well simple but had a very sharp brain!!! I used to call her rani of jhansi!!!
Pp: but how was she in her personal life? Innocent or clever?
Raj: innocent!!she used to believe in anybody in her closed eyes!!
Pp:that's all!!
Raj interrupts:no no ! that's not all! I would like to say something!here everyone is praising jassi but hardly anyone knows that in certain respects jessica is similar to jassi!
She has also a sharp brain like her and she has all knowledges of business and finance.so I want to say that it is impossible to believe that a girl with such a sharp brain will trap herself in a murder!! I want to say that Jessica is innocent!!!(wow! Thanks Raj, you have done a punya for the first time! God bless you!)

Pp:whether she is innocent or not will be decided by court,not you!
Raj smiles and repeats: but this is a very important point, Jessica is innocent!!!!
Judge:order! order! Court is adjourned till tomorrow!

Billu:I must know the truth because neither can I live nor can I die without knowing the truth!I have to know whether she is saying truth or not!
Billu is going to meet Jessica and he is thinking :I will ask her where is my daughter? My Jassi?
