A laughing, chummy breakfast takes place at Suri mansion that morning. JandA have now got rid of all traces of sleepiness and are bubbling over with joy about being with family again. Vedika perches on Armaan's lap, refusing to budge from there.
Bebe has brought paranthas especially from home, while Ila has prepared Armaan's favourite pasta to add to the repast. Once they have all eaten, Nandu scurries to the kitchen and comes out carrying a crate of something.
Jassi: Yeh kya hai?
Nandu: Beer!
Billu whacks him on the head. "Besharam……subah-subah sharab peeta hai….wo bhi bado ke saamne!"
Nandu: (in an injured voice) Poori baat toh karne do uncleji! Yeh fruit beer hai……isme koi sharaab wali baat nahin hai….waise main to hiss khushi ke din champagne mangvaana chahta tha……
Billu glares at him.
Nandu: …lekin hamari Vedika abhi iss sab ke liye chhoti hai, issliye fruit beer le aaya…..aap bhi na Uncleji….mujhe toh punching bag samajh rakha hai!
Armaan: Err….yeh fruit beer garam na ho jaye, isse pehle isse pi nahin lena chahiye? I'll open it….
He opens the bottles and hands out the mugs to everyone. When all mugs are filled, Puru raises his own.
"To my dear Armaan and Jassi!"
Amrit: Hamare bachche sahi-salaamat ghar aa gaye, iske liye hum sabko Babaji ka shukriya ada karna chahiye!
They all agree vehemently. Once they have given their own little prayers of thanks, they all raise their mugs and drink to JandA's health.
Armaan, having downed his glass, looks lovingly at Jassi. He whispers, "Jassi, tumhari aankhon mein iss beer se zyada nasha hai!"
Vedika opens her eyes wide, and then dissolves into giggles. Jassi drawls, "Quite naturally, Armaan Suri……kyunki aapki beer mein koi nasha hai hi nahin!"
Armu: (with mock astonishment) Achcha? Toh phir ye saara ka saara nasha tumhare hi kaaran hai!
Meg looks amusedly at them and clears her throat loudly. They turn towards her, embarrassed.
Angel: Agar aap dono ke paas thodi fursat ho, toh humne aapke liye jo surprise plan kiya hai, usse present kare?
They both look at each other. "Surprise?"
Meg grins. "We want to show you something very interesting!"
Angel: …..kuch videos
Raj whistles. "Lagta hai koi solid sting operation kiya hai…..beware Armaan!"
JandA look at everyone in the room. There seems to be a hidden joke somewhere. They exchange one glance and then say, together—"Okay…..jo dikhaana hai dikhao….we are ready for it!"
