Happy Friendship Day

Happy friendship day everyone! A single candle can illuminate an entire room. A true friend lights up an entire lifetime. Friends, without them our lives would be incomplete. Those who have true friends are truly blessed. As they say friends are God's way of taking care of us😊

Friends are undoubtedly a precious asset in our lives and to increase the worth of that asset it is important to retain and nurture the bond of love and trust we share with our friends.😛

Who is my friend?

The one who walks hand-in-hand with me

On the smooth and the rocky sands

Or the one who lets me go

To ride the waves in abandon?

The one whose eyes signal praise

For my accomplishments

Or the one whose measured words

Pull me away from rash error?

The one who sits up nights

Patiently wiping my tears

Or the one who tucks me in

Sternly making me catch up my sleep?

The one whose pain makes me hurt

Like it is my own

Or the one whose victory

Tastes like honey to my lips?

The one without whom I can't

Imagine what life would be

Or the one whose distance

From me, makes me stronger?

Is this one person or many?

Parent, teacher, sibling, rival

All rolled in one

This being is special

Because this is

At times we get so busy in our daily lives that we start taking our friends for granted. It is the annual celebration of Friendship Day that reminds us that we must cherish the presence of friends in our lives and acknowledge with love the important role they play in our lives. One must therefore celebrate friendship on Friendship Day to the fullest and let their friendship soar to newer heights.😊

On this special day let your friends know how you feel about them, tell them how special they are and how much they mean to you. Share your thoughts about your friends in IF in this thread and make this friendship day ever so special for your friends. Happy friendship day once again.😛

My Dear Sweet JJKN Parivaar!

Where do I begin?!?!

I guess I would first and foremost like to Thank Apurva Agnihotri, without whom, I would not be here today. He is the reason I searched for JJKN, and found IF. He, is the one, that led me to all of you.

I don't even know where to begin. I started off in JJKN as a silent member just reading away, and there, was familiarized with IFites like Anu, Sharmi, Hansa-di, Madhu-di, Blyti, Hema-di and all the rest. Towards the last month or two of JJKN, I finally spoke up and began partaking in discussions. It wasn't long before I found some wonderful friends. I have met so many wonderful people here that will forever be close to my heart. I know that with the start of Kaajjal, I disappeared...ok, I'll admit it, I abandoned you. I will forever be sorry for that. BUT, when I came back, you welcomed me back into the family with open arms, and I will forever be grateful for that. I have yet to get to know this family as well as I would like to, but I hope that in the coming months, this bond becomes tighter.

Thank You, for being not only my friends, but my extended family!

If I can ever be of any assistance to any of you, please, don't hesitate.

I just wished I had started from the start.....there are moments that you miss which you can not recapture....

Although I'm still trying to get to know all of you all in the JJKN paarivar, but I would like to say, I'm so glad I found you all! Its one of the best things that happened to me! I'm honored for making me feel welcome in this family! I love it, and love you all 😳 😳

When I got up this morning & remembered that it was friendship day, my first thought went towards our IF & specially our JJKN forum. True, as many of you must be knowing,(CB has said about this on more than one occassion)- with some of our friends from this forum, we have made a personal group, but it would not have been possible without IF, as this was the place, I met them first.😊
I have not been very active on this forum lately, but I can never forget you. 😃
To name some of my lovely friends-Tanny (who was my first friend here! 😊), Blyton, Such (where are you? 😔), Anu, QT,CB, Hansa, Madhu, Lashy, Bindi, Maru, Puneet, Nishtha, Neelam,Anju....& how many more!
& off course, all the new members too! 😃
All of you will remain in my heart....always...like... 🤔... our Armaan sir! 😉 😆
