I think it is in the 2nd episode that Armaan sees Jassi for the first time, when he sees her CV and insists on employing her rather than Pari.

And as for the scene Armaan is simply awesome. I am sure they all must have laughed real hard while shooting.... Well hats off to Apu anyways. He can keep a real straight face!!!😳
