Breakfast
My breakfast is probably the healthiest of all the meals I have in a day. It consists of a mosambi juice or a banana shake (or during the mango season, it has to be a mango shake) followed by a mug of milk. When I don't have a banana shake, I make it a point to eat a whole banana.

Lunch
Lunch is anything that is available on the sets or cooked at home. I am a vegetarian. I eat a wholesome lunch consisting of rice, daal, rotis, salad, papad, etc.

Mid-Meal
Again, it can be anything that is available at hand - a sandwich, bhel, vadas, anything.

Dinner
If I'm at home I eat anything that is cooked. But for almost five days a week, I eat outside food and I absolutely tuck into anything that catches my fancy - right from Chinese fried rice and Manchurian to butter kulchas with some spicy veg gravy! Yum!

Exercise routine
What's that? Seriously, I have never exercised. At the most the only exercise I follow, if I may classify it as one, is to laugh a lot!

Naini's recommendation

Breakfast
Avoid milk shakes and juices. Have fruits instead.

Lunch
Do not have papad. Opt for rotis made with jowar or jav atta in the summer and bajra or makai for other seasons. These provide fibre and loads of energy and are also very filling.

Mid meal
Make it a point to consume some dry fruits - they will work as your natural intake of sugar.

Dinner
More or less the same as lunch. You can also try idlis and dosas. Make it a point to have one cup of fresh yoghurt everyday or else the vitamin B content of your body will drop causing severe repercussions.

Exercise routine
Incorporate some kind of exercise into your routine. It is important. Yoga, meditation, short walks or a swim are very beneficial. —Reshma S Kulkarni

She's lucky she does not need to or she would be skin and bones if she did excercise. She's blessed with a great figure. Although, i'm sure she watches what she eats more than she lets on because she has gotten skinnier since being with Apurva.

I think Naini should tell her to eat more foods like kheer, cake, icecream, chocolate, kheer 😛 😛 😛 ...because she and her chuno need it more than anyone else 😛

😆 hahahaha good one😆 thats so true esp for shilpa...her chuno needs to start lifting some weights instead of wearing shoulder -padded suits😆

What can I say rather than that she is LUCKY. But seriously as Moni di said SS and her chonu should forget about excercising and EAT!! 😛 😆

People have this misconception that exericising is only for those who want to lose weight. Wrong! EVERYONE needs to exercise to keep fit. If she doesn't want to get any thinner, she can still do yoga or at least go for walks.

Wow!!! Soooo lucky! Wish i could eat all i want and not excercise and stay thin like her! I wish i could excersice and look like her! Soo lucky ....
