...how would the state of Gulmohur be different? Would it be in such a terrible financial state? Would it be in so much trouble - and that too, so soon after his chairmanship? Would Aryan infact prove to be a better chairman than Armaan?

I'm sure all of you have pondered this before, but I'd like to know your thoughts.

I personally think that he probably would have done a good job. I think Armaan is a bit immature when it comes to his chairmanship - He's like the king that enjoys the limelight, but doesn't really know how to run a kingdom...Aryan on the other hand, I think would have known what steps to take to make his business successful at any cost.

Your thoughts please...

😊

Love,

Good one. 😊 I think Aryan would have run the company better than Armaan, in terms of arranging finances and keeping the day to day running smooth. BUt he would not have had a grand vision for the company that Armaan did. Remember when they both presented their business plans and Puru chose Aryan's because it was more practical? Aryan always had both feet on the ground. Armaan was an impractical dreamer. Such people are very annoying, but can be very endearing as well. And it is the impractical dreamers who change the world! Oops...I'm digressing.

Another thing to keep in mind is that Aryan had less loyalty towards Gm than Armaan or Mallika, he was willing to sell it to Purab so that he could become Chairman. And his likeability factor among his employees was very low. So, sooner or later, there would have been rebellion against him.

Very good topic, yes I think Aryan would have made a much better chairman than Armaan. He was practical and alot more mature than Armaan. As Blyti mentioned during the chairman election Aryan's presentation and his plans were alot more practical than Armaan's. Armaa just dreamt big,he hardly had any strategies or plans to make his dream come true where Aryan knew exactly how he is going to achieve what he wants. Aryan was sensible and smart and he would have easily made Gulmohur more successful than it ever was. And ofcourse Gulmohur probably would have never faced all those financial crises.

But then again he was really rude towards all the staff and I am sure no one at GM wanted him as the chairman,to become a good leader you need to be kind and cooprative towards your co-workers and Aryan lacked big time at that department.
Kind of off topic but cannot help but admire JJKN all the more as even the negative.grey chracters like Aryan had some positive sides to them 👏 (Ignoring the fact how his character was butchered at the end 🤢 )

Exactly Tanu.. both Aryan and Mallika had positive shades which nowadays villains dun have. they dun really fall into villain catagory whereas they are the wicked ones👏.

Aryan's behavior was always offensive towards the employees. He wasn't consistent because maybe if he faced financial crisis as a chairman of GM he wud have sold the company. Armaan knew how much adversity his dad and mallika's dad went through to take Gm to heights so he always wanted to save GM by hook or by crook..and he started using the cheap fabrics/producing false balance sheets etc etc..he never dreamt of selling GM. That way I think Armaan was/is a better a Chairman😳..

I Agree with Anu too ..Aryan wud have sold GM too Gulmohor and then made money and gone off..He never thought that Puru and his dad did so much to bring Gulmohor to such a height. But agaimn Armaan was immature and he needed good guidence which he got with Jassi in financial way and he was good to his employees... 😳 ..Some qualities which are required to be CM of a company...
