Purab's character complicated JJKN

First of the BLF did not have Purab's character. Thanks to our good old traditional Indian masala mentality, the directors squeezed in without even realizing what they were doing.

Jassi was going good till until Purab showed up and messed up the entire equation. Before him, the serial was more comical and not so tight. After purab's entry the serial became very serious.

Its no secret that Jassi is going to marry Armaan sometime down the lane. And Purab had to vapourize one day or the other. The inbetween love story between Purab and Jassi just did not fit well. Its worse than the horribly flopped movies.

Just my thoughts folks.

i agree with you stpra. Until they introduced Purab...things were fine and me too wanted Jassi and Armaan at that time. But know how things have changed, I really want Purab and Jassi. It is just what I want and does not mean everyone wants(just want to cleat that too)...😉

ya i really want to see purab and jassi together.....but if in real thoses directors want to end up jassi and armaan togother...maybe they brought purab in so armaan can fell jeoulse(not sure about the spellings😃)...coz there a theory that jab koi cheez aap keh pass hoti hai tu aap ko ehsaas nahian hota how imporatant that thing is...but them ven it goes to someone else...or away from u u find out the importantce of it in ur life....i think this is wat they where trying to say while bringing in purab in betwween armaan and jassi.....

but i really want to see purab and jassi together...coz purab really loves her for wat she is...if armaan is ever going to love her...it will be after her makeover...which is her looks.....and that sucks....i personally think it is an insult to that person.

If Purab's character complicated JJKN, who is resposible for that ???

Who told Directors to bring Purab into the show ??? Why didn't they stick to the original story !!!!

And now when they are totally confused and see no other way, they mess up things again, like they did before.

There were some stories doing rounds here that Purab was brought in just to improve the TPR. I cannot understand the directors/producers thinking. Obviously, BLF was a major success that made JJKN producers and directors to make hindi version of it. So common sense would dictate that you either stick to the original or make your own.

But T&D decided to butcher everything completely. I still do not understand why Purab had to be brought in to the serial. If he was going to be given this kind of treatment in the end.

I can't believe the directors expect us to believe Purab's justification for his exit with his 10 line letter. This is where this serial sucks. Things happen without justification.

I think possibly T&D thought they were trying to get away from
that typical bollywood masala (i.e., ddlj, kkh, etc.). Instead, T&D
decided to make Purab "realize" that him and Jassi were only
frenz and poof drop him off the face of the earth but we didn't
expect it to happen so soon and so abruptly. I didn't really care
for them doing that. I think that many JJKN viewers didn't care
for this twist either especially when Purab's character was
engraved into the show by now.

My assumption was that Meenakshi was playing akin to Julia
Roberts in My Best Friend's Wedding. Julia Roberts' character
tries quite hard to bring her flame and his love apart and is
unsuccessful. I thought the same would happen here, but it
didn't. They got rid of both of Purab and Meenakshi.

This could cost T&D some viewers. I guess T&D are in a tough
dilemna with Purab. What are they supposed to do when so
many people are starting to get used to Purab? Eventually,
they have to stay on track with the BLF story line and Jassi is
supposed to marry Armaan.

I have said many times before that I want Jassi and Armaan to
get together, but I still like Purab. His character is down to earth
and I appreciate it. I hope he doesn't leave the show, but how
does he stay on?
