Well, this is one show which shouldn't lead to heartbreak as you get to vote out the person whom you like least of all. So basically, you don't have to vote for the best singer or the best dancer. The person who is most liked by the audience, wins.
Big Boss is known as Big Brother abroad. What basically happens here is that about a dozen or so people are made to live together in a house for 3 months. They are totally cut off from the outside world. They are not allowed to use phones, telly or listen to music. They have to do their own cooking and have the camera and microphones on them 24 hours a day - a lil like Fame Gurukul. And Big boss assigns them certain tasks from time to time.
This show can be quite interesting if you are watching it for the first time - what happens is, initially the contestants tend to be camera concious, but as they are there for such a long time, they soon start showing their true colours and then the fun begins.
The concept of the Big Brother comes from George Orwell's book 1984 (I hope my memory is serving me right). In that book the State has complete control over its citizens. It communicates with the citizens through a telly screen in each person's room, referred to as Big Brother. 😊
It sounds really cool and interesting.I will watch this show for sure😃
