Yeah true, Purab wasn't in the courtroom,in long shots he couldn't be spotted but if situation is to be explained then purab too didn't have any PROOF at that moment; The contract was signed by JESSICA BEDI,tickets from mumbai to Goa;paris or back mumbai were booked by the name of JESSICA BEDI;so he too would have been called a feigned witness in absence of evidences like her parents.His witness can be used later with the back up of evidences.

As far as comparing with armaan is concerned ,that's the difference;Armaan is impulsive,Purab thinks before he speaks !!

I think here T&D are missing a massive point . Purab could have spoken up because the contract was first offered to her when she was jassi. He alone can pull in hoardes of people who can testify. Heck,Jassi was on tv when she refused Purab's contract in Mauritius !! So there is actually a video evidence that Jassi is jessica ! Afterall, VLCC was supposed to have been a very popular event as well as a well documented one !!!!

But then, all the characters in JJKn more often than not keep reverting to short term memory loss,besides of course for most,the wire connecting common sense and brain is absent.........

Yeah we are supposed to think that purab wasn't already ready with the tape (?)'coz nobody thought Thakral'll turn the case this way; at the most jassi would have been punished for creating a fake identity & signing the document but not that immediately she would be asked to prove herself.

Anyways the case was defended by jassi herself (she almost jumped into it with probably overconfidence) who didn't even know when to object, so there was no systematic proceedings.But now as usual the three men around her will clear the mess created by madam;having been A COMMON GIRL PHENOMENON EXPLAINED TO THE SOCIETY.

i feel lik laughing at all of us, its half an hour a day episode, maybe they cant show everything together and we cant wait. now that they have a decent lawyer , maybe they ll think of purabs witness, dna tests and watever. lets wait .i got irritated that he sat there quietly too but maybe purab ll save the day.

by the way wont handwriting analysis be more appropriate to proove shes jassi.
