BTW, watching 3 hours of repeat manda footage from chandigradh..I have started to believe that they WERE attracted to eachother at THAT time...I mean, ss wasn't there to keep her nazar on aa..so anything could've happend😳..and if you watch the chandigradh epi's you'll find that manda's chem. is at its BEST👏..this was mostly due to the FREEDOM they were BOTH feeling at that point😃..like the scene when Armaan chases jassi on the chaat(day after night-chaat scene)..and then Armaan pulls jassi...and MandA BOTH laugh in a frivolous manner😳...

But, I personally feel though Apu would have liked Mona, but Mona wouldn't have married apu. May be they would have had a courtship but not marriage for sure 😛 . The reason being, Mona is more ambitious than Apu, and in most of her interviews, she quotes tat she wants an intelligent, ambitious man in her life. Had apu been really ambitious & workaholic, he would have grabbed lotsa offers by now n he wouldn't have been a bollywood failure too 😕.

I agree completely that even though they would have gone around,I dounbt whether they would have lasted long as I always felt that mona is very ambitious and she has definite goals for herself and is working towards it meanwhile apu is the least ambitious and lazy .

even then what can we say love happens , A person may have lot of expectations but when love happens all that goes down the drain 😉
