I don't know HOW you managed to say exactly the very same things that have been going on in my mind since last night's epi. You brought out every detail,every emtion so beautifully.......you truly have the gift. 👏
I don't know what else to add about MandA....you have said it all....
You know, ever since i heard the news i was sad mostly for myself, because i was losing my fav show....but since last night my heart is aching for MandA.
Read my update on the Popkorn epi....Apu seemed so sad, he was actually appealing to the viewers.....do something to bring back the show....was the essence of his words.
ANd another detail......NOTICE that when Mona holds out her arms to Apu , they stare at each other for a long moment....they show Apu's face BUT NOT MONA'S EVEN FOR A SECOND. Really, usually a shot is taken from different angles, isn't it?? So waht happened here.....shouldn't both their expressions have been shown??
I wonder now.....were mona's expressions a dead giveaway 😳 ....that the editing team thought it was better to let sleeping dogs lie? 😉
I'm not so good as hema at this but I must say this--Mona seemed to be looking at Apu with a mute appeal and Apu was trying to get something out of her....like "come on, now...we both know what we feel for each other....say it now!" and Mona just didn't know how to hide her feelings.
It reminded me of the sad version of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai---
"Jaan-e-wafaa hoke beqaraar
Barso kiya maine intezaar....
Par kabhi tune nahin, yeh tab kaha
Jo ab kaha...
Dil bebasi mein, chupke se rota hai...

And another one...the sad version of Kal Ho Na Ho:

You two are amazing in detailing MandA chemistry. actually I enjoyed every scene of this episode. I have watched it 3 times already and its only 24 hours since the episod ewas aired in canada. Mona was crying almost in every scene and looks like they edited THE BIG HUG scene in ARMAN SIR's office. The best and very natural dialoge of ARMAN SIR's office was when Apu asked Mona,"tum khush to ho na?" She said, I am sad. He corrected her saying," Is show se nahi, MUJSE?" and they both laughed so good. But every one can read between the lines how much they are hurt with the feeling of leaving each other.
At the end, when Apu was remembering the day o his dad giving the chairmanship to him. He said,'he will miss Gulmohar, his dad, mom, blah blah and at end he said, most importantly MY STARS. He was so sad because he definitely meant MONA.
WOW, what a natural, flawless but unscripted episode. It will be remembered by us for looooooooooooong time.
