well went through hemas post and read that she was searching for this song which apu and mona mentioned as thier fav duet song together which they sing often ...I went through te lyrics and omg ..some words are really beautiful and apt ........

Btw, they have the song on www.raaga.com. Select Hindi. Go to the search type in Ek Ajnaabe change the option from movie to Song.

First result....is the song.

The lines you've highlightd are just so apt for MandA and their relationship......I wonder now why they chose this particular song as thier favourite?? 😉

I always liked this song but now of course it will be in my list of favourites.
I think MandA, esp Apu, are RD Burman fans. Another of AA's fav songs is "Iss mod se jaate hain" from Aandhi, which he sang in Kosmic Chat. Must say these guys have great taste. Now whenever i'll listen to these songs, i'll get emotional. 😭
