1. Why does Jassi's family believe some stranger and not even BOTHER listening to their own daughter?

well, maybe Purab can get lessons from Jassi on how to completely do
himself over and we can sneak him into your house as the cook. He can
cook chappati for ya...and whatever else you want him to cook. 😉
