Pranab De to direct film

Actor Maninee De's brother, Pranab De has trained his eyes on Bollywood. After directing a show called Apni Tuning Jamegi for some time, he is now ready with a script which he wants to be developed into a film.

Pranab says, "The film will be about a banker who gets accused of murder. It shows how he goes about trying to prove his innocence and lands up in London. It will be a complete masala movie, replete with thrills and emotions."

Besides directing, De has also produced several serials including Anugoonj (for Doordarshan) which starred Irrfan Khan. After moving to Mumbai seven years ago, he started writing scripts and directing. He has been the associate director of nine films including Pyar Tune Kya Kiya, Daman and Khwahish.

Oh I see.....so, do we expect to see Maninee in a movie now???
