Buffie, I have been an admirer of Apoorva myself from his Pardes days. I hate to see him degenerate in a role such as this (JJKN). His role is a big circle which is not taking him anywhere. The entire script was wriiten for Jassi. Armaan Suri is a character who does everything in excess. Right from philandering, to taking stupid decisions in his professional life and then chasing Jassi as if his world would come to an end.
well, that's perhaps how it works in the television industry....apoorva's film career was a disaster...so he had to resort to television......and we seriously cannot expect logic in serials..in that way nothing shown is logical..firstly, in none of the offices does a boss depend completely on his secretary, then woo her just to keep her in GM, then transferring all his money into her account, jassi's subservience etc etc......we serouusly cannot expect the serials to be 100% logical...

Come on don't u think that the actor Apoorva has been wasted in this role. This is the time when he could have gone in for variety and shades of different characters. JJKN is not the only serial - he could have done so much more. JJKN is not a script written for AS.
as much as i agree that the script is illogical and has always been incongruent and the creative heads have always tried to portray jassi as the mahaan , i dont think that apoorva has been wasted for the role..in fact the role of armaan is the best in the television ...which other role is better...mihir, sujal, kayva, angad...all of these characters are dumb in some way or the other....and i think that the role of armaan is the only one which has had so many varieties and shades and heterogeneity....... promiscuousness, amorouness, idiocy, arrogance, audacity, unmitigated effrontery, unpredictability, fervor, zest, piquancy, passion, intense love, remorse etc etc....even when he flirted it did it with wholehearted fidelity and devotion(lolzzzzzzzz....kya kya keh rahi hoon armaan ke defense mein😆😆...a true ardent armaan fan speaking..lololz😆😆)...in short, he couldnt have asked for a better role😃

As much u may say that he is good actor - I can only say this that people relate with chracters on screen and identify the actor with the chracter he/she plays. SRK had a real tough time breaking from the mould of a villian after Baazigar. An actor must bring variety and shades into his roles rather than just do one role in order to be recognized and appreciated.
well, i think the role of armaan has enough of variance .....its really sad that the actors are so nonchalent and do not have much say and are mostly incongnizant of the twists and turns that the writers have planned and if they stand up and object to the stupid twists, they are either thrown out of the show or else they quit due to discontent( a ka our very own purab mehra😃(i was so happy that he left😆))
