Nandu and Jassi are talking about Arman's reaction to the win of Karishma… Arman calls Nandu and states that he wants to meet the chairman of Karishma… Jassi says she can't meet him until she signs the merger papers with Style Icon… She says she can't wait until seeing Arman's lost face….
Malika calls up Raghav and asks about Goa… She is indicating Arman and Jassi being together… Raghav doesn't get the picture… Malika puts a doubt in Raghav's mind to be a little possessive about Jassi…
Jassi is talking to Style Icon about a meeting… Nandu tells Jassi to go to the meeting and he will give the bag to Raghav's brother… She talks to CJ and he tells Nandu to give the bag to his manager… Nandu tells Jassi that he's going Jassi says don't say I'm going say I'm going and then coming back… Nandu says that and leaves… The police inspector is already at the scene looking for the exchange of the bag… They see Nandu and start to suspect him… Some gundas come to Nandu asking about a Mr. Mehta… they ask Nandu and he says no… The guy next to Nandu says he is Mr. Mehta and they exchange a bag… There is a shoot out between the gundas and the two cops... Meanwhile CJ's guy comes and takes the bag from Nandu… After that as Nandu is leaving he gets caught between the shoot out and gets shot… At that time Arman sees Nandu lying on the ground and takes him to the Hospital… Jassi is thinking that Nandu has not yet returned and goes to the place where Nandu was… There is a crowd and they tell Jassi that the an innocent person got caught in between… As Jassi is leaving she sees Nandu's glasses there… She rushes to the hospital where Arman has already taken care of all the formalities and have sent Nandu to the operation theater.. Jassi wonders who could try to kill Nandu.. She instantly thinks that Arman must have done it… Jassi then comes face to face with Arman…He promises Jassi that he will let nothing happen to Nandu… Jassi throws her purse on a chair and runs to Nandu's room… Her cell phone falls out…Meanwhile raghav is thinking about calling Jassi… He calls and Arman picks up Raghav's call... Arman tells Raghav that she can't talk right now I'll have her call you back… Raghav wonders why Arman and Jassi are together and why Arman picked up the phone and why Jassi can't talk… Both Jassi and Arman are in Nandu's room… Arman is really taking care of Nandu… Jassi witnesses this… She goes to get some medicines for Nandu… Meanwhile Nandu regains consciousness and Nandu and Arman are talking… Nandu tell thanks to Arman and he says the we are friends and know each other for a long time… Nandu says sorry for speaking rudely to him.. Arman talks to Nandu about meeting the chairman to of Karishma to save Gulmohar.. He tell Nandu that Gulmohar was Jassi's dream and he is running Gulmohar according to Jassi's rules… Jassi listens to all this…
