galat.both baghban and samadhan end with 'aa'sound inspite of an absent 'a'- so both of them would rhyme with 'sunsaan' but not 'chandan' or 'chitwan' or 'pawan'.

yup, both valid.,both are urdu words,but urdu words are an integral part of spoken hindi,just like a few words of english which are not hindi in origin but are accepted as such,like 'train'.The hindi word for it is 'law path gamini' but most probably people will miss the train by the time they finish the word😆
